So my little fur baby was put to sleep today, he was 15yrs old. The vet in charge was fantastic, as were all the nurses and staff, they were patient and sensitive to him and us throughout the whole traumatic experience. I can’t praise them enough

Got all the supplies we needed. Click and collect from the car park doesn't always register on their system, so I had to call up. Chose click and collect from car park as we on own with my child who was asleep in the car. Once I spoke to someone on phone, they charmer out fairly quickly with my order. The store itself seems organised and tidy. Vet services were good when we used them. Overall, staff helpful and friendly.

Poor stock levels. My experience when buying cat products food, litter, etc is that what you are looking for is often not in stock or on the shelves. It's better to order online for delivery because then you don't end up wasting your time going into the shop only to find they don't have what you came in for.

The store it a bit old and needs a good update/renovation but don't let that put you off from visiting. The staff can be helpful and are very friendly. Every time I have gone I have been able to get what I needed. Even had chat with the guy from groom room, as thought about treating my pup to a spa hahah. He was great and explained everything and my dog took a liking to him to point I booked in with him on spur of moment, just from how confident he was, hoping the doggo will enjoy this experience.

Although I generally prefer to support small local shops, the staff here are always friendly and helpful. The biggest issue is that they struggle to maintain their stock of Greenies (dog herbal toothbrush treats I like to give my dog every day to maintain his dental health)

Not bad but some staff need more training. The first time I went, the staff were rude and didn't seem to care about their service and would just try brush you off. The security guard was more helpful to me than they were to me. The second time I went, it was much better (different workers). They don't always have much stock and aisles can be empty especially in the small pet section (rabbits, hamsters, etc). Lastly, their bunnies and hamsters look so depressed, they need better homes and definitely more interaction, it really breaks your heart:/ 3*/5*:)

I like this store its my usual, but where is your other guard, the lady? The one you have now is out of order, I came into to buy a cat bed and needed it before closing, he saw me and deliberately stood at the top of the aisle watching me as I matched price tags, is it a crime to want to check prices? I hate that when a guard follows and judges you, while he does that someone else will slip past him and steal for real!

Huge pet shop where you can find absolutely everything. And I don't even mean items for cats, dogs or fish. I mean they even have chicken feeders. They have a lot of aquariums with lots of types of fish and lots of aquarium accessories. Inside, there is also a vet cabinet with very professional doctors and nurses. The best part is the live animals cages, with rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and even pet rats. They are all very well taken care of and very active and happy.

I do like going to this store but not enough staff on the floor so you can ask questions, i feel your just left to work out for your self. Which can be frustrating if your a new pet owner with trying to work out what's best. Then the queuing well you will need so patience as it moves very slow, but when you finally get to the checkout staff are helpful.

Always a pleasant experience weather you are popping infor everything or just the essentials, on behalf of, or with your furred or feathered friend. You'll find great staff that are adequately clued up on a vast selection of products and there's even a Veterinary service at the back. You couldn't really ask for much more from a one stop pet shop.

I called the store this morning to desperately located a particular Black Quilted Carrier to transport my fur baby this evening. I spoke to a lovely guy who checked the stock on shop floor, said there was only one in stock and said he would put it behind the till for me to collect after work. I must admit this is not the first time staff at this particular branch have gone out of their way to help me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this branch!!! Very professional and efficient. Asked for a full medical history for my cat and seconds later it was in my hand (glove). This branch has literally saved my cats life on at least one occasion. You can't argue with that level of service!

Brilliant store purchased a kitten so needed to purchase a few things for it. The only downside is that the cat section wasn't as large as the dog section I would have preferred more bits & pieces for kittens. On the other hand they have an onsite vet department which was good although through this current climate you can only see the vet via an appointment, which security double check this at the entrance.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staffs. 🥰🥰 They really know their stuff! If you are lucky, you get to cuddle a rabbit in their habitat. There is free advice given when you buy your fish to endure the creatures are safe and manageable. Located inside is a Vet centre. Very handy indeed. 😁😁

Always have a nice experience in this shop. My 7 year old Jack Russell loves the place. Normally she is scared of going into shops but everyone is so friendly and she loves the smells. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any questions that you have. Fully recommended if you are after a big range of food/toys etc for your pet.

Good selection of accessories and food for pets. We wanted to buy a nice cat collar and we found a lovely one that was also price reduced from 10 to 5 pounds. At the till we paid the full price. When we told the person that the price was reported to be reduced, he just said that it wasn't the case even when we showed the picture of the reduced sign. A bit disappointing.

I have been going to this pets at home for many years and the staff are friendly and helpful. From buying fish to rats and now puppy supplies! Frankie and Darren or Dave cant remember his name(sorry) he had all tattoos down his arms was very helpful today when deciding the right food for our puppy . I have been to other pets at home stores and the staff dont seem as helpful and the atmosphere is all wrong !

PAH is not where you should go to buy a pet but for pet accessories it’s very useful. Dogs and cats are better but you can buy good things for small animals. I don’t advise the small animal food (I had rats and it wasn’t good for them) but the advice they give is (generally) sound. I’d double check on the tips they give for animal husbandry just in case though. I would definitely also like a more comprehensive idea of where they source their animals and their genetic background.

Big store, plenty of items for dogs, cats, rodents, birds, reptiles, fishes. Everything you may need should be there. Helpful staff, easy parking. In house vet and groom. Pretty much the ultimate stop for pet parents. Not sure all the prices are convenient compared to other shops but overall reasonable. You can find everything and more of their available products on the website and know how much you would spend in shop. Or order online and get it delivered. Recommended to pay it a visit!

Great staff. I went in to buy some flea treatment for my cat a couple of months ago. He'd had them for a few months, and it was starting to stress my poor cat and myself. I was going to just going to buy the same spray to treat my flat, and any old spot-on treatment. While I was browsing, a kind member of staff offered to assist. He was extremely helpful, told me some very useful information, and advised what treatment and spray I should use. As soon as I got home and put the treatment on my cat, within hours, you could tell it was working, fleas practically dropping off him. By the next morning, he had none, and haven't seen a single one since. And no need to spray the flat. Best experience ever. I wish I could remember his name.

Love this shop. Sells everything for a number of different pets, food, carriers, shampoos litter boxes and toys to name but a few. The staff that work there are also trained so if you have any queries/questions about your pet they can answer them for you also.

Store is very big and has a lot of what you need. Staff are pleasant, and knowledgable on the pets. The prices are quite high for easily produced products. A full plastic hamster ball which is of average quality is £5. Hamsters are reasonably priced at £10 and mine have all been fine despite hearing horror stories of buying pets from here. Watch out when buying a cage from here though, most cages come without things as people take things out of the cage on display. Missing tubes, missing connectors, missing water bottle made buying a cage from here a nightmare. Though, buying a cage online was alright, it came quickly and no damage. The vets here is probably the worst I have ever seen or heard from. My very sick hamster, who was at her death and needed treatment asap made me ring the Vets4Pets or what ever the name is to ask for their price range. The staff who was so under knowledgable on hamsters said £60 for a consultation. There is a private 5 star vets not far from me who charged me only £35 and £5 for medicine. Their vets is to be avoided at all costs. I’d like to say though, the staff are very helpful and kind. Those with green t shirts not the vets staff. Enjoy shopping ere and seeing the small pets. Who are always kept clean with fresh food, water and bedding.

I am unhappy of their knowledge on rabbits. I was told that the rabbit would only sleep and eat, which is not true. Rabbits can be very affectionate animals. They also misinformed me about the gender of the rabbit I adopted. The staff should go through more rigorous training on basic small animal care.

The best customer service I had for years. Walked in the store was greeted by a women stacking shelfs who said hello. I said do you sell fish. She pointed me in the right direcrion then called someone over the PA to help me without me even asking . In less then 30 seconds a guy turned up asked if i needed help. He was so helpfuly and knowledgeable told me everhting i could ever want to know. It was a master class in cusromer service as how a retail store should operate. It was pleasure to go in there.

I was charged £28 for drops I could have got online for £7 with a prescription, bear in mind £35 consultation fee I was also charged more for a food supplement, because I bought it in-store rather than online which is delivered to the store for collection anyway.
