R. L.A lovely little book shop, it is a real gem on Francis Road. I always find something I want to buy when I browse the shelves. There is a fun and imaginatively designed children’s area which I would have loved as a child. It is as easy to order books through Phlox as any gigantic online retailer (by phone, email or in person), with the bonus that you can stop for a coffee and a spot of people/dog watching as you collect them!

S. E.This small bookshop-café is to Waltham Forest (and pretty much for the whole of East London) what a jug of warm milk would be to a Victorian orphanage. The very right thing, but painfully little. Aside from this cirmcumstance, I only have praise for it. The selection of books shows taste, giving you the feeling that culture still matters – something not necessarily experienced in a big London bookshop, drowning in cutesy merchandise. The staff is genuinely nice.

Este o locație liniștită unde poti savura o cafea , liniștea domina in acest local. Desigur va puteti îmbogăți vocabularul citind o carte in timp ce savurat cafeaua preferată.
