The item was well packaged and given to me in a lovely Radley paper bag with an addressed note to me. Very neatly wrapped and you just feel the attention to detail. It was my first experience with Radley, my first Radley bag and I was left happy wanting more! I recommend!

A.Visited this Radley store to purchase a gift and was interested in their option to personalized items. Chose a makeup bag and Arben was super patient and showed me multiple different colours. Arben went above and beyond to perfect the personalization service and I left very satisfied with the end result!
