Rafael Gabriel have just completed a complex repair on our home that involved removing and re-installing bi-folding doors on the second floor of our house so our balcony could be repaired by a roofing company. I cannot recommend Rafael and his team highly enough. The standard of their work is absolutely superb – the doors open and close more smoothly than they did before the work was carried out. They took a great deal of care when carrying boards and tools up and down two flights of stairs. They were always punctual and polite, and the clean up after the work was fantastic.

Excellent standard of work & went above and beyond our expectations! Contractors are dedicated to producing high quality work. Respected our home and worked around the spaces we were living in whilst they contained themselves within the work areas. My elderly Mum felt comfortable which was a huge relief when I was away at work. Thanks guys!

Overall, we are very happy with the work carried out to install custom-fit timber sash windows in our flat. Whilst communication before the work started could use some work, once our fitter was in he went above and beyond to deliver great work in a very efficient timeline! Would recommend.

This is a brilliant shop I went already so many times since I live in South East London. I have ordered my windows here. The service was excellent. Quality?! BRILLIANT!!! I have purchased here also many different tools and paints for decorating in the past. The guy (the owner if I am not wrong) is very knowledgeable. Staff is always ready to advice about almost everything, help with the paints, tools etc. I would recommend this boutique style shop to everyone who values quality and good service.

Rafael and his team have just replaced all the exterior doors and windows in my house. From initial quotation ( including a few spec. modifications) to eventual completion, I cannot fault the professionalism of the job. I have come to expect courtesy and attention to detail from this company, and this job has been no exception, despite the inevitable delays in delivery and completion caused by Covid19. If I were to offer minor criticism however, it would be the somewhat elaborate invoicing process they use, leading to confusion about payment schedules. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend them for home fabrication and installation.

When we bought our house, Rafael and his company were the ones to help renovate it before we moved in. The team was always helpful with advice, their knowledge on subject accurate and their approach always friendly and honest. What amazed me the most was the way quote was clearly explained, all pricing divided in sections, showing labour and product costs along with time schedule. The job was finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend them!
