Purchased a beautiful triple sleeper bunk bed classic white wood from Mr. Rees in July. I was amazed at the personal attention and outstanding customer service. He is very humble and came to my home personally to deliver the bed and then waited for his fitter to arrive to ensure smooth assembly. What business owner has time or care to get personally involved in deliveries? At a time when customer service has taken a downturn due to covid, I must take this opportunity to applaud Rees Furniture, the owner and his fitter Raj. Great people. Great product. Perfect delivery. Family friendly prices and generous discount. Patient in allowing me to pay only after I saw the product delivered. Rees is a true gentleman and keeps his word. 5 stars.

I recently purchased a divan base and mattress from Rees and can not fault the service! I needed to get a bed quick and noticed they did same day delivery. I explained how much I had to spend on the bed and managed to get a bed larger than I had anticipated and it was delivered to me that afternoon. As I live in a second floor flat, they very kindly carried it all to the room for me at no extra cost. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!!

I would highly recommend Rees Furniture. Due to covid they are currently offering the service of sending their driver to your doorstep with the product you are interested in. This comes at no cost to you and and you get to see the product and if you like it you can pay on the spot and have it straight away or if you don't then you have nothing to loose. The service was super professional, efficient and I got a great quality mattress.

Impresssed with the service received from Rees Furniture and Beds. Was in urgent need for a bed and a mattress. All the online stores were quoting 2-3 day delivery So found Rees online, Was shown pictures and videos from the helpful owner Rees himself. We chose the one we wanted and had it delivered the very same day. Very good quality and actually was cheaper than the online retailer. Fantastic service from start to finish and highly recommended. Given me more of a reason to support local businesses especially with service like this.

Very pleased with the service and large variety of mattresses. Thank you to the helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me pick out two super comfy mattresses for my children. The prices were also half of what I'd have had to pay in other stores. Store front parking was available aswell, which was much appreciated and free delivery was also offered. I highly recommend this store and will be revisiting again when I need beds or mattresses again!

I searched absolutely everywhere for a decent set of chest of drawers and could not find anything that was good quality until I came across Rees website/shop. His customer service was excellent. He sent me loads of photos showing me all the different products he had and even FaceTimed so I could see it live which was excellent considering the current Covid situation. The quality is amazing and I can’t actually believe that I have got something that is as great of quality for a very decent price. I ordered it and literally 6 hours later it was delivered. I wish I had of known about his shop before as I would have purchased all my furniture from here. I will defs be using his shop in the future 😊

I've know Rees for quite awhile and his services have been nothing but excellent, yet during the height of the corvid19 lockdown he was the very few that stood the test of times- he operated his furniture business to many needy customers and he did it within improved customer experience , he did it with a smile and knowledge. I went to Rees Furniture looking for a wardrobe. I was very pleased with the service. They really took their time to understand what my needs were and not giving me the cookie cutter sales pitch. They were not pushy and allowed me to go about my business in the store at my leisure and answered all my questions. I must confess, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with but these guys were professional and courteous. Not only did I buy the wardrobe, I purchased an entire bedroom set.
