The shop displays amazing pewter collections. I was there for Christmas shopping and was pleased with their service. Mr. Carlo, the boutique manager was extremely pleasant and spent time explaining to me on how to choose my gift. I ended up bought a few! Definitely recommend it. Thumbs up!

I found this most amazing shop in Chelsea, for a Star Wars and Marvel geek like me it was heaven on earth, the gentleman who was on duty ,Carlo, was super friendly, knowledgable, made me feel welcome , the figures and items are simply amazing, as a massive Darth Vader fan, I had to buy the Darth Vader keychain, I have my eye on the Obi-wan kenobi light saber mould, this shop is an absolute must for any Star Wars, Marvel and DC fan, Thank you Carlo for all your help

I am extremely satisfied with Royal Selangor UK. They sell amazing items and it is always a pleasure to visit their store in Chelsea or surf their website to find new products. Carlo is great and always happy to accomodate all the needs of his clients. Definitely the place to look for a nice present. Iron Man was a great addition for my living room. :-)

I really love Royal Selangor at Kings Road in London. Great items and great service. Carlo is a perfect manager and knows how to deal with customers. Perfect communication and fast shipments to my door. I could not ask for more: I will buy more and more from Carlo to enrich my collection of Royal Selangor items.

Came in with my girlfriend to buy me a Christmas present, and I can say the shop layout was beautiful and they have an incredible range of many different collections. The man working their was incredibly kind with us and very positive in general. Explained to us the collections, metals used and the limited edition things. Fantastic service.

I can’t rate carlo’s customer service high enough. I had an issue with a royal selangor carousel and he was very professional and helpful in resolving the matter for me. If I want any more items I will definitely order again from Carlo. My purchase was delivered promptly and safely.

Initially gave them a 1 star review after heard nothing about my order for 9 days. But Carlo Capra their UK retail boutique manager saw the review and called me. Turns out the UK site is separate from the Malaysian unit. He then went out of his way to ensure I got the product within 24 hours in time for my wedding anniversary. Amazing service. I needed a small spare part for a wonderful coin box my granddaughter has been gifted, the 'Mary Mary Quite Contrary' watering can - (when I say small part, I mean small part, the stopper!). Rang the store, spoke to Carlo, I was so impressed with his courteous willingness to help, a replacement stopper was in the post within the hour. Given how helpful Carlo was over such a comparatively trivial issue, it will be a pleasure to give him more meaningful business when I buy my granddaughter her next piece of Royal Selangor.
