When you are looking for a quality leather product for yourself or a gift to a special someone, for a reasonable price, then you need to visit this family owned little shop in the heart of Mayfair in London UK. I visited today to see and touch the items I already ordered online for my fiancee, a wallet and a passport holder . I was blown away by the softness of the leather they are using, the attention to the details, the stitches and the design.... The lovely owner of the shop was there and shared with me a lot of things about the products. My items arrived today and my fiancee is extremely happy with his surprise.

I purchased a black leather wallet with yellow leather inner for my boyfriend. I’m delighted with it. It’s beautifully made, great quality leather and gift wrapped. The service was totally hassle free. I had a great conversation with a member of the customer service team who was knowledgeable about the products and really helpful. My mood before arriving at the Arcade was slightly jaded and weary, did not have much sleep beforehand. However, despite the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly, I received directions from a kind gentleman near Fortnum and Mason and located boutique No.17 within the pleasant Princes Arcade. Very appealing window merchandising, which pleased my visual sense and satisfied my mind. The two entities who were behind the sales desk were very personable, professional, demonstrated excellent manners and were more than capable in serving the clientele who were present. The item I purchased was a God-send and was packaged in a tidy fashion. I was very satisfied and left the boutique in a positive frame of mind. (I recall hearing the song ''Golden Brown" by The Stranglers on my exit from the Arcade - puts a smile on your face after a good retail experience) Ten out of ten to Sage Brown, thank you to Princes Arcade, Piccadilly, London, SW1. SageBrown were tremendous. When I needed a replacement shoulder strap for my briefcase, they managed to source one for me with minimum fuss nor charge. Now that is real client service, so impressed.

The material is so soft and Lightweight. The Sections for cards and coins and other stuff is just enough. The color is so pretty. Affordable price tag for almost any budget. Staff is also Friendly.

The range of products here is amazing from bags to wallets to little wallets to put bones from shirts in. The quality of all this is the best I have seen to date, soft, durable and expertly crafted. The staff are exceptionaly helpful in store and even once you have left via email (answers to email recieved within a few hours).
