Mohammed was super helpful. He even pulled out a sample for us to compare with other carpets. Really friendly and helpful, hope everything will go well with our order (we're returning customers as we've gotten carpet from SCS before).

I must admit we were far from happy when we entered your shop for the second time as telephone calls we were promised and other information we were expecting had not been made available to us. We were met by Deepak who, when he had gone over everything with us, made us feel better and we were happy to go ahead with our business. He was very professional and explained everything to us at length and after finalising the purchase of our carpets we left with no worries at all. Well done Deepak.

My second La-Z-Boy recliner from these fabulous people. Great customer service with knowledgeable staff (thanks Antonio) and no pressure sales tactics. Shown the selection that fitted our needs and left to try out the sofas and spend a long time looking through swatches. A pleasant experience all in all, with a sofa which whilst not cheap, is the best on the market without a doubt. Nice to see the manager remembering me from almost ten years ago! Keep up the good work ScS :-)

Went to the store in the week to buy my mum a new leather sofa. We had a look around, saw a few sofas we liked and was approached by Kenny who was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Mum was undecided and wanted time to think about the style and type of sofa she wanted. No pressure selling from Kenny, he suggested we put a deposit down to secure the price but simply gave us his card and to come back and see him when we declined as we wanted more time to decide. Went back on Friday to have another look at the sofas and saw Kenny again. He answered all our questions and explained everything throughly and gave us a great deal! Would definitely recommend this store and Kenny for his great service, patience and expertise!

I was pleasantly amazed at the service we received at scs in staples corner. We were looking for new settees and a very helpful man approached us. I believe his name was Jaquan (apologies if spelling not correct ) anyway he spent a long time with us asking the right questions and giving us advice. I am a Manageress of a retail company, so my retail antennas were alert and I must say I was really impressed. He did not rush us or tried to force us to buy anything!! In fact we took so much of his time that I suggested that he help someone else whilst we decide. He refused and continued to assist us. We eventually made up our minds but said we would come back the following week. He remained pleasant and courteous and told us what days he worked if we were to return. We did return and true to his word he was there. We have purchased our settees for December and as usual Jaquan was the same courteous gentleman. He is a credit to that store!!! Thank you.

Very good shop. Good price. Antonio was an excellent sales man. Give us total attention. Show us all options available to buy the carpet. He was great. End up buying for two bedrooms instead of one. That was our original plan.

Had wonderful service from ScS. Staff listened to our requirements for a two seater recliner we wanted and showed us options available . They also made us aware of the sale price offers. Having bought settes from them 17years ago and we still use them and are in excellent condition as the fabrics used are of good quality and the framework is strong too.

While I did not purchase anything on my visit, I simply could not walk away without commenting on the knowlegde and customer service of the young man, Kenneth. At first I spoke to another chap about flooring, and honestly, I feel I knew more than they did. When they pointed me in Kenneth's direction however, I knew he knew is stuff. He smiled, helped me narrow down the kind of flooring I desired, and talked me through the various underlays and tools of the trade to get an outstanding outcome. They are always 50% off. Basically they are using this as a marketing strategy. In reality the prices are not down at all. The fact is they been for years at 50% discount. Nothing wrong with that is just a reminder to not think they do discount.

Tony (Store Manager), Antonia and all the staff were extremely informative and friendly. I visited the store on several occasions and did not feel on any occasion that I was being pushed to but any product I did not like. I would recommend the Staples Corner team to any potential customer/s.

Went here earlier today & was really impressed at the lovely service received from Jayquan, otherwise known as Jay.. I knew what I was looking for as I had already been browsing for sofas online, so Jay was happy that I knew what I wanted.. He showed me everything that was in my range, plus a few sofa designs that were quite unique !! By the time I was ready to leave, I had shortlisted 3 & am planning to return with my family in order to place my order.. A pleasant team, easy banter, they know their products & are extremely welcoming !! 5 stars for customer service/my visit & that's something bcuz I'm not easily impressed lolzzz

Moe served me when I made my initial purchase. He was very patient, I was a little indecisive but he explained all my options to me which I was very grateful for. I was very impressed with his product knowledge that gave me increased confidence in him and the product as I was a little sceptical due to past experiences with another store. It was a very pleasant experience and a warm and welcoming environment. I’m very thankful to Moe even with his after sales service as i have had issue with scs head office with trying to arrange delivery. Being told I’ll be called back and it not happening. No updates when I do call. Was getting quite stressful. Went in store again and Moe, Anthonio and Deepak literally sorted it out for me in 5 minutes by speaking to the relevant people and confirming my weekend delivery. If not for Moe and the rest of the team, especially Moe I honestly wouldn’t even consider recommending or purchasing from scs again. Head office are a nightmare. But the in store team are excellent. THANK YOU ALL!!!

I visited store and met kenny who was going out of he’s way to help myself, even when I was so undecided what sofa to go for he was patient and not pushy, whilst I was there he was called over by many of the other staff helping them with some issues, this young man has a great relationship with he’s team and he showed strong management skills, I run my own business and I would happily take him on board....

Not a very busy store so staff are able to give you their undivided attention. The salesman who took our order (Joaquim?) was fantastic - very polite and attentive and made us feel very welcome.

Me and the wife went in scs staples corner because we needed a new sofa very big shop lots of sofas to choose from and we come out with what we needed one sofa & two chairs if you visit this store I would recommend seeing ashraf because this man knows all about sofas big thank you Ashraf 👍👍👍👍
