Y. A.amazing library they have everything from kids books to computers scanners and printers. staff are fantastic. used computers as a guest and got my card instantly and some books for my 1 year old and all on christmas eve. amazing

9.I love this library since I got to know it. I normally spend time by doing intense study while waiting for my friend😂 It is perfect quiet location to pop-up to the shopping centre straightaway after being calm
R. A.Great Library with lots of amenities, books, computers, toilets, designated children area, amazon parcel pick up, coffee, drinks, Passport Photos and photocopying machines. Really quite when i went to study, comforatable and warm.

E. M.Open for COVID testing. Had to queuefor a little while but no more than about 20mins. Really friendly and professional staff from security to the person showing where to sit and the tester. I could see tables and chairs being cleaned in between each person being tested. They have a really good system. I got my results back within 45mins.
m. k.A bland interior design, relative to similar caliber libraries in London. However, it's an island of calm in the bustling Shepherd's Bush. Great library to sit down and read that blockbuster or get to grips with that intriguing White Paper. Highly recommended.
P. A.Lovely, very spacious clean and has tasteful decor. Staff are also very friendly. Good selection of books for adults and children. They also have computers and printing services.
J. M. D.The Staff are nearly always helpful and friendly though I do agree with some of the other comments about the poor stock and scope of books available. Sadly it is also very noisy at times, which goes unchecked - the study areas are no exception. I dont think the Design was well thought through.
B. T.Ok library, not enough books available, if you want to do research this is wrong place to be, I once asked if they have books for medicine related research all they could recommend was basic science books.
Noisy to concentrate specially when school is closed, I wouldn’t advise you to go there.
It’s ok to take children to introduce reading and the library science, they have children under 5 rhyme sessions and story time. Children section is well stocked and looks very welcoming,
They could do a bit of cleanness.
Computer distribution is okay considering the space available, with 1hr internet access, staff are polite, helpful and professional.
R. M. F.The library is now transformed into a Covid Testing Centre where you can book a test or purely walk in to have it. There aren't any queues. Staff is very professional and friendly. The result is messaged to you in 45 minutes.

A. a.It's a nice place, available computers for use, books to borrow, you don't need to register, to you computers, staffs are friendly, it's on entrance of Westfield shopping centre that habours WH Smith and post office, amongst other stores. Inside the library is an area for children with computers and play area for nursery kids, with library staffs organising programmes for children.
J. D.The filing system is not logical. History books should include historical bios rather than putting them in the bio section! Book selection could be enlarged and improved.
Also, LBHF libraries don't have access to various academic sites, such as JSTOR etc. Not much point going there really.
Is this library actually open yet?? The LBHF Web page is extremely unhelpful re current Covid and the reopening of the library.

I totally love this place.
It has public access to computers and workstations.
For 1£ an hour (2£ for 3 hrs) I was allowed to use the computer with internet to do some urgent work as my laptop brokedown at the 11th minute.
Thank you dear library, for helping me when I was inneed in a new place :)
T. T.Great place to study, cool, calm environment.. Really impressed with the full air conditioning throughout the very warm weather in London. Nice to be able to relax in the library when it's very muggy and sweaty outside.
No loud babies, if it happens, it really is a one off, but there is a nursery here that I think runs once a week, heck, why complain, you could always stay at home to study or work. Great place to concentrate if you really want to. Glad to have this time to chill & read in here.
M.Nice library however there aren't nearly enough seats for everyone. The print-outs cost 20p for black and white or a pound for colour which is fairly pricey. The staff are very polite and helpful.

H. R. O.SMALL BUT VERY HI-TECH LIBRARY
Only until recently, FREE Westfield WiFi is not reachable, otherwise, if you're residence of H&F borough, you must have Library Card to access the WiFi and Library public PCs
Just come with a tablet, Laptop or even a Smartphone.... Go upstairs and READ, or fasten your headsets listen to audio books, music, news and everything..
The Bus stop is just outside incase you're using public transport. There are about 5 or 6 train(tube) stations in very short walking distances.
Ask people if you're not using Google Map to show you how to get to stations and other places.
S. I.Very modern, streamline and full of large signage to direct you round the spaces, drawing your attention to partnership services and guiding you through automatic book / dvd drops. There are drinks machines, a photo lD booth and numerous magazine/ information points. There is also a workzone desk advertising help with job applications, CV constructs and signposting to appropriate training/ courses. Oh how libraries have changed.
