Reviewing as a donater (not a shopper). First of all, having a loading bay outside the shop is a godsend as it can be so stressful if you're having to double park blocking traffic on the high St. So it was such a relief to see the store had space for two vehicles. The staff were very helpful and efficient in helping me offload 7 big black bags of donations. As I quickly passed through the store I could see it's well managed and well presented store with a good variety and high quality pre-loved items. I have lots to downsize so will be making more stress-free visits tothis store and I'm glad that I'm donating to help end homelessness.

Charity shops can be a bit touch and go (as is fair), but Shop from Crisis impressed me so much. I will be going back whenever I need clothes. The selection is curated with taste and attention to detail, and the layout is sensible and easy to navigate. Even if you weren't contributing to a worthwhile cause, this would be an excellent destination to shop, so it's a complete win-win.

My favourite store in London. All the items are interesting, high quality, unique and reasonably priced. HOWEVER, what makes this place even more amazing is how friendly and helpful the staff are. I pop in every week! I've bought tables, chairs, clothes and art, which have been a big help with my flat move.
Recently I had an issue where a mirror broke in transit and the staff and manager helped me out and made me feel comfortable with an awkward situation. If I could give ten stars I would.

This doesn’t look like the average charity shop. They do really pay attention to the details, making it very inviting. The staff is very friendly and polite.
When dropping things off for donation they’ve also been very thankful and quick.
Highly recommended!

Great charity shop with abundance of choice (both women's and men's sections), great selection of books and always interesting bric-a-brac. Recently they've also started to sell their own coffee (a great one!) so give them a try!

An incredibly high quality charity shop! Best I’ve seen in London. A great place to donate nice things you simply don’t use. Has furniture, clothing, funky Knick knacks. All in excellent condition. Nice staff too! I’ll be going back. (Also, volunteers needed!)

My favourite charity shop of all time! Beautifully laid out, easy to access items. Good range of sizes, even for petites. Many great finds here and beautiful homeware too

Friendly staff - especially one woman who often greet you by the door. On the more expensive side, but also deals in better quality items than most charity shops.

This is a great charity shop. They up cycle too so don't think your broken stuff is not good enough. Jeans made into cushion covers. Some sold by the kilo to other buyers and the money goes to a good cause, though homelessness should never be an issue.

The latest shop from Crisis - all staff were lovely and a good range of items. Always presented well and have found some real gems here.
All sections are covered (home, clothes, books) and all reasonable prices.

Best quality items you'll find in a charity shop anywhere. Can be very expensive for a charity but it's down to the remarkable quality throughout.
