I spent a good deal of time looking at beds and the various options there were including fabrics and colours. I was helped by Yasmin who was extremely patient and helpful. She made some calls to check if I was able to have a colour and material that didn't come as standard. I left after an hour or so to go away and think about it returning two days later to place my order. Very accommodating service - would highly recommend

Excellent personal services for an unusual size bed. Unfortunately one of the drawers doesn't fit properly. I spoke to one of your colleagues about this. There has been no response since. Eager to sell faulty goods, with no after sakes support or help. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. Since my complaint, two guys brought a replacement base fir this bed, and happily installed. All is well now, and thank you Simply beds for what I consider now to be a first class service I would award ten stars now Thank you again

I’ve been looking for a bed for many years now, and someone recommended Simply beds, I went in there last week and was assisted by Yasmin who welcomed and showed me around the store as well as made sure the whole process went smoothly when I went ahead with purchasing a bed. Faryall also assured me with the final payment process which was quick and easy! The delivery was quick and was fitted in by Gigi and Faiz who did a excellent job! the service was exceptional beyond and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Amazing service from start to finish. I needed a super king bed in three days and the whole Simply Beds team went above and beyond to make it happen. From Alex the general manager, Fadi in the store, to Faiz and Gigi with delivery, these guys went above and beyond to get me what I needed in a very short time frame. My bed, a bespoke made by Simply Beds, is gorgeous to boot. Highly recommend!

Really good service in store, I would recommend to anyone whose looking for a great quality bed and at a good price. I was well looked after and the only reason that I wouldn’t give it five stars was because of the delivery service, the guy that I spoke to seemed really annoyed that I would chase up my delivery slot when I specifically asked for a early delivery. Luckily the driver came earlier then what was told to me but I was left extremely disappointed in that part of my experience but once again the service in store was extremely excellent.

Simply Bed Ealing - from going into store to look for a bed we were served by a very helpful and polite gentleman by the name of Fady. He was so patience with my fiancée and myself. Great customer service. Good value for money. Went into the store to buy a new mattress as the old one was causing me a lot of back pain. Really pleased with this company. The staff were helpful but not pushy when we were looking around. Everything went smoothly regarding delivery. I was apprehensive regarding the disassembly of our old bed and the assembling of our new one and this is sometimes where confusion arises but I needn't have worried. Bought a Rest Assured mattress and accessories at a good price, best of all, I got to try before I buy. Initially I was going to try and save money by using a cheap mattress website and without trying anything out - I'm glad I didn't. In store, the staff spoke to me without being pushy and gave me time to test out the beds. They were also very knowledgeable. I could see that they only sold quality items and these were at a good price, so I would definitely use this store again. My mattress is awesome and the MLily pillow is dreamy. Very happy! All items were delivered on the stated time (I couldn't see any signs in the shop that stated a delivery cost - so this should have been much clearer). They called me 30 minutes before arriving with my goods.

I can't recommend Simple Beds Ealing highly enough. I'm the landlord of a property in Ealing, and found I needed to order a new bed at very short notice for a tenant changeover in July ... just as I was about to fly off on holiday. Conny Rodrigues at Simply Beds was 'Simply Amazing' - just over the phone she helped me to find the bed I needed, and we got it all done and paid within an hour. She even kept an eye on the delivery date and moved it, without needing any prompt from me, to accommodate the day I was visiting the flat to check out the old tenants (I live a long way from London so delivery on another day would have been very difficult for me to arrange). The old bed was collected and new one delivered efficiently, cheerfully and on time, by the wonderful Jay - who even returned willingly several weeks later at Conny's request to help resolve a problem with the fit of my old headboard to the new bed (not at all their responsibility - they'd not supplied the headboard - but they put themselves out to help anyway, because that's just who they are). Warmest thanks to Conny and Jay, who made a potential big headache of a job into a pleasure. And the tenants just love their new bed - Washington 1000 divan set / 2 drawers / 1000 pocket sprung mattress. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would!

If you’re looking for a new bed in Ealing or West London in general then use this company!! We found Alex and Deepak in the showroom great to deal with and they sold to us without being all sales’ey but via good detailed information and advice. Yesterday the level of service went up beyond our expectations with their delivery to South Ealing being simply amazing. To put it into context, we challenged them to get a Super King Size ottoman set from street to loft conversion and they took it in their stride. Jay, Raz and Faisal went above and beyond the call of duty and pressed on where I’m sure others would have walked away, they met every challenge with good humour. We now have a wonderful firm new bed in our loft room and have zero damage on our reasonably tight staircase Look no further than Simply Beds
