She made buying a sofa a breeze and is a real credit to the Sofology brand. I don't usually write reviews but good service is so hard to come by these days that it's worth highlighting when you get it. 10/10!

N. G.We brought our corner sofa from sofology, we took some time figuring it out with 3 small kids and husband it was hard. Helal was extremely patient and so helpful with us. The customer service second to none very good! I pray the after service is just as amazing.
S. S.Wide range of sofas and friendly staff. One thing to improve is to get the staff familiar with the website so they can answer customer questions. For example it wasn’t clear the staff knew the fabrics available for the sofas or much about how to find additional info online. Would be good to ensure each sofa has the fabric selection beside it as this wasn’t always the case.

L. S.First of all I'll start off with the good - they have a wide selection of sofas and the salespeople were really excellent. They were happy to provide advice on sofa selection, room layout, different leather options, etc. and were not pushy at all. The sofas themselves are great, happy with the look and quality.
Now for the downsides - the sofas took 10 weeks to arrive but that's fine because we knew that when placing the order. However one of the sofas arrived without legs and we had to wait ANOTHER 10 weeks for the legs to arrive. Couldn't even sit on the sofa in the meantime as it had sharp metal bits poking from the bottom. The sofas and parts all come from the Far East via sea mail and customer services couldn't/wouldn't do anything to expedite the delivery.
Bit of a shame that some warehouse monkey didn't bother checking the contents of our order as every other aspect was spot on.

A. M.Nice place. The most impressive place to buy a sofa from. Its not always about the best deals for a sofa. These guys never do it. And i like that they stick to it. But if u want a decent mid range sofa, sofology is the place to shop. Sold to DFS in recent years but hasn't yet got the felling of a dfs branch. Though there is a branch 4 doors down.
