Chris was so patient with me picking out the perfect frame for every piece I wanted to frame till well past closing time at the shop, and Jack provided a truly excellent hanging service, helping me figure out two separate gallery walls. We were searching for a framing company for quite sometime to make us a Circular frame for our print. I stubbled across Soho Frames and Print on-line and contacted them. They came back to me on the same day. Communication was great and I sent the print off the following day. They confirmed when they'd received it. Communication was great throughout (providing regular updates on progress). When it came to returning the frame Chris agreed to deliver it back to us (from London to Swindon) this was also on a Sunday. The service received from Soho Frames was fantastic, they definitely went over and above to ensure I was happy with the product. Had an old photobooth strip of my mother and I when I was a baby blown up and framed for her birthday - quality was excellent, well worth the money and she really loved it. Staff were great also, there was slight confusion as to when I should pick up finished frame and the owner upgraded the quality glass for free as an apology, even though he didn't need to. Fantastic team who have delivered HIGH QUALITY beautifully produced work. The job(s) Ive had done with them were always beautifully printed, exquisitely framed and the team of people who work there are kind, clear, helpful and just plain nice. I started out unsure of their work so only had a small order of three prints produced there that they then also framed for me. I was so impressed I've now had a total of seven or eight pieces printed and framed there and then I brought in an additional 4 or five pieces they framed and mounted for me. Some of my artwork is rather expensive and they handled them with care, created beautifully set work and priced it honestly and reasonably. TRUE PROS & ARTISTS! couldn't reccomend them more!

Knowledgeable and detailed craftsmanship. Many frames are custom made onsite - these are not pre-purchased or mass produced. Particular expertise in wooden frames. The team can do custom colouring and even gilding, although these are done at another location. Well worth a visit
