Y. X.I went to a visa appointment on 10th December at 10:00am. I wish I could know her name. The lady was really helpful. She took my application seriously and tried her best to make sure my application was cleared and detailed. Thanks for your notes and dedication, I received my result!!

A.Stratford library is one of the few libraries where there is so much to do and no oje in the library make noise there some stuff are friendly as well(not all).but overall if you looking for peaceful place for study or reading or assessment online you can do there without worring about anything because there are circuit pots as well.there are lift for 1st floor as well meanint wheelchair accessibility available. (There are stairs as well).
Otherthan that there are huge amount of books which you can take home if you have library card if not you can still read them in library.

It is friendly for all the diverse pupils and adults with SEND .
It is very accessible from Stratford Shopping centre, Westfield, Bus Station, DLR Station, Underground Train Station and National & International Railway Station.
It is besides the very popular massive shopping stores of the Morrisons.
It is with many books & resources for the mental development, mental health and overall personality of children, adults and the elderly
- one & all !
it welcomes all the diverse people of the world without any differentiation or any judgemental opinions. Its like a temple of knowledge both in paper based physical books, resources and Digital resources like computers / PC s, Printer, and a variety of DVD s.
S. S.I went there for visa matters and had to wait more than 30 mins as their system wasn't working. The big issue was not the wait but the very cold place. I had to stay inside with hat and gloves on, it was colder than outside!
Apart from this, the staff was nice and helpful.
J. T.I agree with one of the reviews that the elderly Asian lady is very rude to everyone.... Avoid please. But then I find everybody else very helpful and friendly. And professional. You will get homeless people at every public library. It's the sign of these times. I'm always at Stratford library. And if I have a problem always dealt with. Also it's been refurbished now. So it will be even better. I luv Stratford library.

There is a girl name Natasha she was so kind and humble she gave my daughter her reading challenge certificate and encourage her for reading.I was so happy to see all the words and kindness which Natasha show to us. R. S.A good collection of books and a great place to study. Staff are always happy to help. I only wish the books were arranged by genre and then author(last name) instead of only by last name.
C. H.Large spacious local library for residents only. Great location in Stratford centre. Near many local amenities, shops, bus stops, and Morrison supermarket. About 5-7 minutes walk from Stratford tube and bus stations. There are many student campuses nearby and UEL uni. Helpful staff. But copy machines were not working when I needed to copy documents for my MA research studies there. Hopefully they fixed it.
D. A.I love it now with the new restoration and opening hours. Its nice and quite upstairs. If you come to the 2nd floor study area of the library please be quite and dont allow others to make noise also. Thank you!
D. L.The staffs are friendly and helpful. You can get to use the computer for surfing the web but only for 45 minutes because of the restrictions at the moment but normally get up two hours.
