This is a gem of a shop. I recently called them and asked if I could buy gift vouchers for a birthday present. They were extremely helpful and popped them in the post straight away. Lovely gift for a 12 year old girl who I know will love going to choose her things in the shop. Excellent online shopping website too, but really, if you can, go there. ❤️❤️

Customer service is top notch! It's my go-to art store and considering art stores are scarcity in NW London... they have great variety. My request is that they bring back Montana Gold spray paint range or loop cans... as they only offer M94 which have a very sticky residue and isn't the greatest quality on the market. Especially for professional use.

Absolutely amazing service from Elisha. When I called at 2.30pm on a Friday afternoon asking if a colleague could click and collect an acrylic paint set with no notice! Elisha stayed after click & collect closing time to wait for my colleague to arrive! This was above and beyond service and hugely appreciated!

Good shop with excellent choice of products for an artist of any level. Just got some watercolour pencils and paper from here. Yes, it is expensive but the quality of their stock is far superior than the stuff you get in big chain craft shops or from online sellers.

This is a great art shop serving the surrounding area. They have just about every item you night need and wouldn't necessarily find and the big name mainstream are shop. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but fair. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Great find!

I love this place and always try to shop here for art supplies when I can. It's on the more expensive side (maybe I'm just cheap) but I personally feel its worth saving up money and spending the extra to support a smaller business. The staff are friendly, helpful and have a good sense of humour, and the atmosphere of the shop (even after the recent-ish remodel) is pleasantly rickety.

Wonderful store, the outside is deceptively small and unassuming - it's bigger on the inside, and a virtual treasure trove of brilliant and high quality art supplies. The only thing stopping it from being truly perfect is them having a delivery system. There is no reason to go anywhere else, really. Full marks.
