Do yourself a favor, visit this shop and treat yourself to some lingerie! Consistently impressed by their range of products, I always walk in and want everything. I’m mostly impressed because they feature brands I had not heard of before, so when you buy something it really feels special instead of something you could have bought at any high street shop. The staff is also amazing, if you are in need of a fitting they provide so much support and information. This also is a great gift option, I received a gift card once and was ecstatic.

I’ve visited the Pantry Underwear a few times and always had a wonderful experience. Last week was my first time at their new store in Islington Square and I was really impressed with the space. I booked an appointment with Cat as I needed to find a bra to go under a specific dress and she tried several options with me, being super patient and genuinely trying to find something that worked. She was really lovely and made me feel comfortable. Left feeling very happy with my purchase and felt confident on the night itself in the outfit.

I usually hate bra shopping, but this was such a great experience. Sasha was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Such an amazing experience having an online fitting with Elly. I had been looking on the Pantry Underwear website for some new bras due to changing shape in pregnancy. Elly talked me through the different options and was hugely knowledgeable on a professional and personal level about comfort and style of different bra options in pregnancy. Cant wait for my order to arrive and would highly recommend to friends.

I visited based off of the wonderful reviews and so happy I did so. Great customer service in the lead up confirming my appointment for a bra fitting and super welcoming for my visit. I was helped by Sophie and she was super lovely, helpful, and patient as I tried various styles. Love that they carry British brands that I otherwise would not have found. Highly recommend!!

I was really nervous going into my fitting as I didn’t quite know how it would work all being virtual but Abigail was honestly the nicest person and made me feel so at ease. She had amazing knowledge and gave me a few options based on the information I gave her - nothing was too much effort. I would 100% shop at the pantry underwear again, it was a great experience and Abigail is a gem ☺️

I had the most fabulous wedding dress solutions fitting with Abi - she was kind and knew exactly how important it is to get my underwear correct. I even bought two new bras because of the complete faith I had in her (I usually resist buying bras as they are never as comfy as they claim to be!) all of my purchases have turned up and they are all perfect. Amazing service. Olive helped me today with a fitting. She is the most understanding, helpful and friendly person I have ever come across during my bra shopping trials! I would highly recommend The Pantry. As well as the service, they have some beautiful PJs!

I CANNOT recommend this place enough. Through my lockdown pregnancy I did a couple of online fittings with Kim (who was brilliant) to stay comfortable and prepare for breast feeding. The service is outstanding and the selection of bras is original and fab. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been wonderful and they are so informed about how to best serve their customer's needs. I also love their social feeds and how they keep us informed about their new stock. Their owner Elly should be incredibly proud of what she's created.
