Really nice shop - great staff, good selection and items are nicely organised. Very spacious too! The only thing I don’t like is that it’s really expensive. Today I went and saw a second hand book I wanted to purchase (Tap to Tidy) and it was more expensive than Amazon!

Large store with good affordable prices on their sales days, I brought a top and a pair of trousers for £4 in total. However the security guy is intimidating as he is constantly circling around everyone. But I will come back again as I did see good pieces.

There was a very large selection, things were displayed well and easy to find plus. The security guard was very friendly. I'll definitely go back.

I absolutely love this place. Specifically this Traid; it really is the best Traid in London! It's got a beautiful selection of products and some very hidden gems. In terms of pricing, I think it's pretty cheap compared to other thrift stores for example in east london. I don't really understand why people complain about the prices, to me they seem reasonable and like I said, even cheap. The clothes also come in very good conditions. Most importantly, the staff is lovely, helpful and very patient with costumers.
The one thing I would agree on with the other reviewers is to really try to stop re selling Primark products. They seem a bit overpriced there, and they're already not very good quality. Apart from that, I would really call it one of the best thrift stores in London. And even better, it all goes to an amazing cause! Keep up the good work.
P.S. keep your eyes open for one of their weekly insane sales!

Nice big store with good range of things, mainly used when they have their offers on and the good stuff goes early. Good to be so large though so there's a chance of getting stuff you like. Much better than a small charity shop with a small amount of things available.

Good place if you wanna spend a little bit more for a special piece of clothing. However, prices in general are very high. Most of the times, prices are comparable to buying new clothes.
Worth checking out, but disappointing for those who expect getting something with good value.

Had some brilliant brand new products from here that are gift aided from Westfield stores including Armani jeans for £20 ! I could never afford their normal retail price. People who claim that some items are overpriced need to take a serious look at rises across all retail. Men's shirts are better bought here than in mainstream. My son's wardrobe is testimony to that. Vintage bags and shoes here are much lower priced than in any of the Notting Hill clothing exchanges or Portobello outlets with the exception of the odd fair minded charity shop. Children's coats and dress up clothes are good value with the occasional gift aided Disney outfit. The window display us always a joy to see and l applaud the staffs commitment to always make it eye-catching.

I've bought a few items here. The shop is laid out well, it is large and comfortable for having a dig round for some treasures. Obviously the money you pay goes to charity, what is not to like! 👍

Huge range but some of the items are priced too high. That being said their sales are good!
Stop trying to sell Primark stuff.

A charity shop selling donated, mostly second hand clothing.. A large store and a big range of goods. Periodically they have a very low priced sale where some good bargains can be bought.

Good second hand nearly new clothing store. A good selection of men's and women's clothing books cds etc. Really good value when there's a sale on

When it has a sale it's crazy cheap and you see some unexpected big labels and nice stuff. When it isn't a sale it can be marked up too high.

A place to find sartorial wonders - if you're lucky. Watch out for their £5 to £1 weeks.
