I came in just before Christmas with a vintage watch that was very special to me. It has a scratch on it's face and I was very concerned. The team at Watch Repair were amazing and resolved it incredibly quickly - it was repaired and I was out the door again within 10 minutes. I will definitely be back, they are amazing. Thank you.

What an amazing find!!! I didn’t think I would find anywhere to remove the links from my Toy Watch!! The strap is ceramic so breaks easily which is a challenge. Not for George!!! What a lovely kind man, just brilliant. Removed the links while I waited, it was no trouble for him. The entrance is via a door off the street just buzz and you walk up the stairs to the workshop. When In London I will take all my watch repairs to George from now on. Thank you so much 😊

Great service! I have a 60 years old family heirloom watch which had a bit of dust under the crystal. I was in the area and decided to try to get some help without any appointments. Whole process took like 2 mins and my problem was solved. We need masters like them so don’t hesitate to visit this shop to get a good service!

My favourite 25-year old TAG Heuer S/el stopped working so took it to WRS just before the 2nd Covid Lockdown ; they gave it a full service and checkover.Communication was very good and I've waited sveral weeks to review to be assured that all is OK. I'm delighted to say that the watch is keeping second-perfect time and feels like 'new'. My experience has been very positive & on this basis I recommend WRS.

It’s inside the station!. Just keep going around the turnstiles and it’s on the other side. In the middle of the central column. It’s a small hidden gem but they have EVERYTHING to repair your watch. And very good price. I gave them 3 watches (batteries and to shorten the metal string). They did it right there and then. I didn’t expected it. Very professional checking they all worked well before handing it back me. My stripe was done again until they saw me satisfied with it. This was a couple of months ago and all my watches are working great. While I was waiting I got entertained staring at the many little boxes they have with all the mini tools and items. A couple of gents came to collect their watches. The had a receipt with the day/time to collect it. And it was ready by then. They also left very happy. One customer had a waterproof watch that wasn’t working and all other shops told him they couldn’t repair despite making him go again and again for another try. However these guys said ‘give us one hour’ They had the knowledge and the tools. I totally recommend it and will certainly be back again when needed. I had in mind to write this review long ago but never found the time. I put a reminder in my calendar because I think it’s a nice way to compliment their good service and help future clients finding it.

I needed a new glass for my watch. I contacted the supplier and they said they could not replace the glass. I contacted the Watch repair shop , gave them the glass measurement and they quoted the repair price over the phone. I posted the watch to them on the Thurs and had it back fully repaired on the following Wednesday. They did a brilliant job. The staff were superb and I can thoroughly recommend this company. A shame more companies are not as good and efficient as this company. Once again thanks for the superb service.

I sent my father's Vintage Heuer to undergo a routine service as it was losing time consistently. We also had it polished as it was fairly scratched on the case and bracelet. They answered my emails quickly and updated me a soon as the watch was ready within the time frame they promised (About a week and a half) The watch is back to keeping good time and looks excellent. Visited the shop at the end of the day today and was pleasantly surprised. The shop itself is not the easiest to fine to be honest and might not look like much from the outside but once inside you're in you will be welcome by some very friendly and very professional people. It was a real pleasure to talk with Jerome, who seems to be as passionate as I am by watches (instead of some other high street shops but clearly you're only facing sales persons) and I will definitely come back to have them service some of the watches in my collection. Good initial communication and fair quote online. Handed watch in at the repair shop at Hatton garden to a pleasant and knowledgeable woman. Communication after that was hard work. I needed to pay for the watch and get it returned to my home address. After several calls from me to the repairer I finally spoke to Jerome who took the payment and returned the watch using special delivery. Overall happy with the watch service and price but payment and return was harder work than necessary.

Sent my Eterna WW2 watch for a glass polish as there was a few slight scratches on the glass. They had the watch over two weeks and I had to chase them up for progress. Bizarrely they said they had tried to replace the whole glass but could not do it (why?)despite these watches still being fairly common. They also quoted £200 for a routine service. I could not get to speak to any expert first hand but I am giving them a generous three stars as the chap on the phone was polite and apologetic and did send the watch back special delivery that day. I managed to get a full service and glass polish by a local Rolex trained watchmaker for £80 so would advise trying locally before sending off and paying obviously London prices: disappointing...

Great service! Very reasonable price too. Brought my 16 years old breitling for repair as one of the rings inside came off and it was getting stuck between arms. The repair has been completed in the same day which made my day as I hate being without a watch for more then a day. (Other shops would take it for few days or even a week) Also the watch hasn't been keeping good time recently so the guy said he will look into it and do his best to adjust it if possible. The watch works like new now and keeps good time. (It was loosing a minute per day before) couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended.

I recently had the glass replaced on my Skagen watch. I could not fault the service received from both Jerome and Daryl at the Watch Repair Shop. They were incredibly helpful and even stayed open later than their usual opening hours so I could pick up my watch. The price they quoted was competitive compared to other watch repairers. This place is not the bargin basement option. But, it you don't mind forking out the cash, the workmanship is A1++++++++++++. Last time I had my watch serviced it took the repairer three goes to do it. This time, first time and it is seriously accurate. If you want the best, look no further.

It would be very easy to miss this place walking down Hatton Garden, but worth climbing up to the third floor.. I took an old Breitling that belongs to my family for a complete overhaul. They even went to the length of sourcing a particular part to make it work again! I was very happy with the service and the communication. I bought a vintage watch that needed a full refurbishment, and located Daryl Hasleham through my web search engine. Daryl is one of those very scarce professionals who will spend as much time as needed in getting everything to work perfectly. He even suggested I left my watch with him a little longer to run some additional tests and make sure everything was fine with it. This is, for me, traditional watchmakers' skills. Not particularly cheap, but totally worth the price.
