Remarkable service from all in the Brent Cross branch despite it being a very busy day for them. I was proactively offered help with finding copies of books and also with excellent recommendations. Thank you The store itself is larger than it appears from the outside and has a great selection.

A kindle just doesn't cut it for me (sometimes it does). Was in Brent Cross and wandered in. Lovely to browse. Saw a friend's book on the shelves.... always a joy... and i bought a science fiction anthology. Tiny pleasures add up...

Large variety, nicely laid out, books sorted by genre so it's easy to find something you'll like. Not sure how accessible the store would be for those with a wheelchair, so that's something to bear in mind

This is an excellent water stones in Brent Cross. The staff is always friendly and helpful to find a new book or give a recommendation. Their sections are neatly organised and change often, they also have always the most new books in stock. In addition they have a wide range of non-book products. Too recommend, excellent staff. Wide range of books and subject categories, helpful staff. A very different experience compared to online shopping. I went to the Goodge Street branch and bought several books there. It is one of the best branches of Waterstones, if not the best, around. It is the biggest one I know about.

If Google really wants to know my opinion on a books shop then Google is really trying to stick its nose everywhere. 5 stars from me, good books, you get a massage and nice warm slippers when you get in. Honestly Google... Let the people go and see for themselves and you stick with the searching thing that you are known for.
