Zoomadog were extremely helpful when I was struggling to find a boot that fitted my dogs foot after an operation to remove a toe. This means his foot is long and narrow. Zoomadog answer the phone quickly and took the time to discuss the boots and get them out to measure to help decide which to try and more than happy to refund. The service was prompt, boots arrived quickly and those I returned were refunded promptly. They carry a good range and I have found some that suit my dog.

I bought a splint for my dog, Poppy from Zoomadog. Unfortunately, I actually got the wrong one for her particular problem. I was really anxious that it would not be exchanged or refunded. But I need not have worried. I was dealing with a lovely person called Joss. The whole process was efficient, friendly and anxiety-free. I am just so relieved and delighted! Thank you Joss.

I recently found out my dog has abnormal bone growth in his lumbar as well as ostosis arthritis in his sacral lumbar, so I decided to research what products are available when I come across Zoomadog that do a “lil back bracer” I contacted Zoomadog where I then spoke to Joss to see if I could pay instalment plan as this product is quite expensive which after speaking to Joss we set up payment plan (this helped me so much) it meant that my dog could have item a lot sooner to help support his condition! Their was an issue on the sizing as the measurements that should of fitted was a medium which on trying once arrived was too small (I have shiba inu they are not big dogs) so medium measurements should of fitted, however after trying I contact Joss and she was happy for me to return item to try large size which when arrived does fit my dog perfectly has snug fit but enough to place hand between “lil back bracer” and my dog! He wasn’t to happy at first refused to walk with encouragement he then realised he can walk, sit, lay down with this brace on, it will take him time to get use to it however now I know his spine will be supported! The customer service & contact has been efficient, Joss has meet my dogs needs & assisted to payment plan that suits regular payments until item is paid off win win thank you Joss

Quality products, quick delivery and fantastic customer service. We were struggling to find the correct leg splint for our young Bulldog, Joss in sales was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend 100%.

Earlier today I ordered another brace for my dog after his stroke. I realised a few hours later that actually I should have got a different product. I called the office and can't believe how friendly the lady was (sorry I didn't get her name). She had already packed my original order but talked me through alternative products and then redid the order to send a different one out. Absolutely fantastic customer service
