I love this family run company, I turn up with 3 children and I’m always given a warm welcome. I’ve found they provide a knowledgeable, efficient service and just can’t do enough for you. I’ve purchased carpets and used their fitters (very nice men to have in your home) and I appreciated the home visit to measure up and the courtesy calls before and after. I also used them for my children's mattresses and the driver carried them to their bedrooms and they are really comfy. My next project is my lounge wooden floor and I’ll be using them for this, I can’t recommend them enough 😊

As first time home owners, we were not very sure about what we were looking for. We knew we didn't want carpets but Laminate flooring. We walked into Carpet Mills and Andy was quite helpful with showing us around our options. We started looking even before we had exchanged contracts. But Andy was kind enough to help us with a tentative quote based on floor plan of the place we were buying. I visited again on the day of completion and Andy took the measurements the same day and booked us in for the earliest available day which was 2 weeks away. Dan was fantastic laying the beautiful Laminate flooring for us. We opted for the Quick-Step Majestic Laminate flooring. They don't come cheap but we are extremely pleased with the product as well as the service. We would highly recommend Carpet Mills and would love to use them again. Arrived at Carpet Mills at approx. noon yesterday (Monday). I needed a bedroom carpet before Wednesday as I had a bed and furniture being delivered into my new home. The assistant couldn`t have been more helpful, he showed me a 3.2m long top quality remnant that was HALF price! it was perfect for me, delivered later that afternoon & fitted by my son-in-law, all in the space of 6 hours! A competitor quoted mid January (7 weeks later) I have used Carpet Mills several times & have recommended them to family & friends before but this was the best experience ever. Thanks so much guys.

Just wanted to say we had carpet fitted in our hallway and stairs this afternoon and it has transformed the whole hallway completely ! The carpet is excellent quality and your fitters did an excellent job too I would certainly highly recommend Carpet Mills. Thank you very much !

The member of staff who helped me.was very helpful. As iam on a tight budget picked nice carpet. BUT their was an issue on my delivery on it no correspondence to tell me that it was going to be late they were waiting on it to turn up in store. Only new this as I phoned them up so not a happy person. Got 2 more rooms to carpet but probably go else were .

The staff at Carpet Mills were great from start to finish. I needed an urgent replacement carpet and they sent someone straight away to measure up on a Saturday afternoon. The new carpet was fitted first thing on the Monday morning by another friendly employee. Darren was super helpful from the start of ordering my carpet. Delievery of the carpet took a little longer than expected but due to Covid only. I was kept informed all the time And still managed to have the carpet fitted in time for christmas. i ordered more carpet after christmas which was fitted today and really happy with the outcome. The fitter was lovely and did an amazing job. I will def go back in the future, cant recommend enough. Brilliant and friendly service from start to finish. Thank you

Outstanding service. I went to this store on a Saturday half an hour before closing time. When I explained that I needed new flooring delivered the next day due to a bad water leak,the staff made sure to accommodate. The quality of the flooring is excellent and I would highly recommend.
