EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Recently purchased GRACO GX21 although my mentor had run through helping me set up on first day on the second day had a few teething issues getting it going contacted the crew at HI-TEC SPRAY (by which time I was having a breakdown!)they were excellent talked me through the steps.a couple of days later had a blockage issue,as I was only about an hour away from HI TEC spray show room JOHNNY RYAN kindly offered to look at it, took it down he showed me how to dismantle to clean the three simple areas of the machine in about 10 minutes a valuable 10 minutes.I didn’t clean the machine out properly for a couple of days of non use,which I do now after every use.but what RYAN had showed me has given me a greater understanding of my new toy. Once again EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY SERVICE hats off guys thanks. NESH
