Wow, what a fantastic bed shop. The sales manager Richard was a delight to deal with. He was professional, without a high pressure sales technique. Richard made myself and my family feel relaxed. Bed prices are excellent and they have good selection. After laying on all the beds I wanted to sleep. Looking forward to our new two mattresses to arrive.

Love my new bed... very high quality and above all, very comfortable! Sussex Beds have a great selection to choose from with lots of customisation options. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable... never pushy! Delivery in record time (other places had quoted me up to 12 weeks!) and the delivery people were polite, friendly and careful manoeuvring it up two flights of stairs! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use again!

We purchased our bed from the Maidstone branch, we were greeted by Chris and he assisted us in making the right choice for the mattress. He was very polite, engaging and more importantly patient with all our questions. He really showed interest and customer care. On our next visit Grace was very helpful too and Amanda has been the same, good to see a manager leading the way in customer servicing. The delivery was very prompt and we were informed all the way through. Kevin and Carl delivered our bed and were very polite, helpful and professional. Making sure that everything was tidied up before leaving. The entire team made the visit pleasant, going that extra mile. Thank you....!!!

Looking for a small single mattress in Maidstone is a nightmare. We received a leaflet through the post for Sussex Beds and gave them a try. What a difference, not only was there a large range to choose from the salesperson Richard was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t have the answer he would find it very quickly.
