Great products, excellent customer service, speedy delivery. We recently acquired an extra long double bed with single memory foam mattresses. We Googled where to buy sheets and were fortunate to find Belledorm first off. Stupidly we didn't do our research properly with regards to depth of fitted sheet but, when I later sought advice from Customer Services, not only was I able to buy mattress protectors confident they would fit, I got advice as to which fitted sheets would be best fit with regards to depth. I've now replaced our original sheets with those which have a greater depth of box - extra cost yes but our mistake and we now have a much more comfortable night's sleep - the mattress protector gives a smooth base and the deeper fitted sheet stays put. The quality of both products is excellent and the sheets wash well (I've only just put on the mattress protectors so not had to wash but I feel sure they will also wash well). Customer Services reply almost by return and I get the impression nothing is too much trouble. Delivery is two days after placing your order - very quick. I've no hesitation in recommending Belledorm and its products.

Excellent customer service after sales. I had a sheet that was a tad larger than a super king size fitted sheet should have been. Chris kindly rang and sent a follow up email with details for a replacement. This was sent out with a returns label for the incorrectly sized one. Thank you Belledorm and Chris in particular for this excellent follow up and post sale customer services. I look forward to purchasing many more items in the future.

I recently placed an order for some silk filled pillows, duck feather and down pillows and a heat holder blanket. I had an issue with one of the items not letting me add to the basket, but I opened up the chat with a member of Belledorm called Michael and the problem was rectified within 2 minutes, my products arrived the next morning and I must say my silk pillows I have been using for over a week now and they are just fab equally my hubby is just as happy with his feather pillow, and my daughter as now claimed the heat holder as hers as she just loves how soft it is. Will definitely be buying from Belledorm again.

Belledorm is an amazing company. I ordered a cream duvet set but wasn't happy with the colour so I sent it back which was an amazingly easy process to do. I was surprised when Belledorm contacted me to see if they could resolve the problem of the colour and proceeded to send me a different style duvet which was nearer to the colour I wanted stating that I could send it back if that one wasn't suitable, but it was great, I was amazed at the service, very unusual in this day and age but greatly received.

I purchased 2 double Belleadorm fitted sheets. At first I had a ptoblem with them shedding a lot of fluff but after a few washes this has stopped and I love them. They are so cosy and warm, so if this happens with you don't worry it will stop. Must just say Belleadorms customer service is excellent and I can highly reccomend them.

Amazing quality bedding and filled products. My most recent purchase was the hotel topper,wool pillows,silk pillowcase and a 400tc fitted sheet but previously have bought the 540 duvet set, the amour duvet set and the staten island duvet set along with some 450 sheets, 600 sheets and 400 sheets aswell as the silk pillows and the wool medium weight duvet every single item I've bought has been outstanding, can't recommend them enough, just makes it harder to get out of bed in a morning but always look forward to going back to bed. Whatever you buy you won't be disappointed 😁

I Bought a bed wrap, in white (it is a warm off white, not bright white). It has transformed the bedroom. So much cleaner and tidier than an old fashioned valance. I recently placed an order for an extra deep brushed cotton sheet which arrived on the date they specified. Very pleased with the excellent quality of the material and the bed felt so blissfully warm and comfortable when we put the sheet on, so much so that I have now ordered another one so that I don't need to panic when the bed needs changing! I did have a query when I ordered the second one but a simple phone call soon put that right for me. Excellent quality bed linen and superb personal service from Belledorm . . . I will definitely be using them from now on. Also, a lovely touch was the fact that they included a sealed personal hygiene kit consisting of mask, gloves and a wipe, an excellent idea in these challenging times.

I ordered two king size Atlanta duvet cover sets. I was very pleased with them, they washed well and did not require ironing. I found the pattern very much to my liking. However after a short time the top seam of one of the duvets came undone along about 70 cm of its width. I contacted Belledorm who asked me to send a photo of the fault and then without delay they sent me a replacement duvet cover set. I am impressed with their very prompt and correct attention to this problem.

I recently purchased a base wrap in faux suade, I'm delighted with it, over the years depending on individual beds I've use the traditional base skirt etc but this is so much more modern it looks good and was so easy to put in place, the drawers in the divan are super easy to access and wrap just falls back in place. Great service! I bought a flat sheet ages ago from Belledorm and discovered when I took over the ironing that it had not been cut straight so is a nightmare to iron.
