really great customer service. I used the chat function on the website - quick and easy. The wrong size dog bed was sent out and they sent another one on next day delivery. Excellent quality dog bed too . It should last a very long time.

Excellent selection of natural treats, informative staff who are dog lovers and always friendly and helpful. You can take your dogs inside, they have a hand sanitizer upon entry and the staff wear PPE. LOVE THEM.

Never visited the store, but frequent online customer. I love Betty and Butch products. I have two sensitive tummy greyhounds, but have never had an upset tummy from anything I've ordered. For me, that demonstrates the quality. Theres a great range of treats available, with new products added regularly. Delivery is always prompt and well packaged.

Fantastic shop and brilliant staff! Can't recommend them highly enough. Richmond, my 11 months old Miniature Dachshund had become incredibly fussy over his food. I went into Cholton and Ashley was fab offering alternatives and advice. We are now officially on Betty & Butches own raw food which he inhales without delay. Excellent quality, everyone comments on how well he looks with a super shiny coat and boundless energy. Richmond highly recommends it to all his puppy friends :) x

I was served by a lovely man, sorry I didn't recognize his name but he had a lovely Irish accent? Visited yesterday for the first time after getting our little pup Lola a week or so ago. Amazing staff, so lovely and helpful. We got given a free sample of their natural food, which Lola seems to love!! We will 100% be visiting again, they really seem to care about dogs!

Great friendly locally owned (dog oriented) pet shop with a wide selection of great quality food, treats, toys and accessories for your canine companion. The staff here are beyond helpful and absolutely spoil our dog rotten ha. They also do puppy socialising events (usually on the first Sunday of the month but this may change so ask in store for more details) which is a great way for your doggo to play with others in a safe controlled environment while you have a cuppa and socialise yourself.

Love the new shop and it's being further renovated at the moment. They provide Santa Paws at Xmas where you get a goodie bag and your dog gets a professional photo with Santa and the money goes to charity. The food is excellent my boy has a lovely shiny coat and it's perfect for his grain free diet due to allergies. Toys and treats and coats and leads gallore. A must see for any doggy family. Pets encouraged to visit too and always get a love and a treat.

Lovely people - sell everything you could need for dogs and if they don't have it they'll order it. Their dog soap bars are great and last ages. When my Vizsla was off his food, they opened various tins of soft food till we found one that he would eat - really caring.

Great place to get everything for your pooch. Wide range of healthy treats and chews. Combined with lots of toys, collars and everything else you might need for the darlings. Also can have a coffee and some dog therapy at the same time. Bring the pooches along with you they will love it.

Betty and Butch is amazing. Even if you do not have a dog! The window displays are always very creative and are always interesting to see! They have a large range of products of excellent dog products. They offer considerably more than the standard pet shop fare. They also do a Santa's grotto for dogs at Christmas!

Great staffs I like go to this shop, first reason because the quality of staff honestly!!! Always helping you incase you need help, very helpful all of them. But dog food just expensive..... I don't will buy food from this shop. Food is a good quality but not that for the prices.... Dogs stuffs very nice and considerable price for the good quality

Came in to get some puppy chews, the two girls service was great very polite and knowledgeable on what to give him naturally as a pup! Whist waiting to pay for my items (who I can only probably discribe as the owner? Or manager) came in grumpy as hell and announced “who’s is the white car outside” when I said it was mine he said can you move it so I can back the van in! As I’m pointing out the fact I’m waiting to pay can I move it in a moment. He looked me up and down and muttered I suppose so!! This guy needs some customer service training who ever he is so so rude!! I was going to bring my dog back to get him a winter coat but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere to an owner/ manger who appreciates me buys their products!! The star rating was purely for the girls service and the products/ product knowledge ( not the grinch with the nose piercing) other wise it would have been 0
