I came across Endura as I was impressed by the beauty of their stores but looking on the website, I noticed that they do much more than roses. This Valentine’s I got the Lotus Desire for my partner who totally loves it. I was surprised to find her favourite flower in a product that lasts a lifetime. I used the White Glove service which provides rapid and safe delivery from warehouse straight to the address, so it came intact and in less than 24h! Great service!

We stopped at Endura Roses this afternoon on a shopping trip for my niece’s birthday and she picked out a beautiful emerald rose for herself. The store itself is stunning and the whole experience felt like we were in a fancy shopping mall in Dubai! Especially in the hot weather weather we’ve been having. The staff are very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and the attention to detail is impeccable. The gift wrapping is just gorgeous, spritzed with an elegant rose water and rose petals matching the emerald green rose were even glued to the outside of the gift bag. Just gorgeous, thank you!

I stopped in here while in Manchester last week and bought a beautiful black rose. The service from Nabeela was amazing, she was so helpful and packaged it so well so it wouldn't get damaged on the flight home. The little touches such as putting blue flowers on the bag were so nice too as I was wasn't sure whether to get a black or blue rose when I went in first. The rose itself is absolutely beautiful.

I’ve bought from here many years ago and loved it. Decided today I wanted a new one. They’re all so very beautiful which makes choosing just one so hard. The lady was absolutely lovely kind and patient in the Trafford centre her name was nabeela. I chose the lovely dog and roses in a glass cases in memorial of my dog that passed. Nabeela wrapped it all up beautifully. I can’t wait to get home and put it up on display 💖

We bought our second Endura rose this week. Nabeela was really helpful in helping is choose and wrapped the rose beautifully. Our first Endura Rose still looks fab 5 years after buying it. Whilst not cheap these Roses are value for money. They come with a 10 year guarantee.

I always came across Endura Roses but I was very hesitant to enter as it looks amazing and beautiful, and I thought it might be expensive but today I had to buy a present for my friend and I entered and was welcomed very warmly my a lady and her name was Nabeela. she was lovely, she explained me about the prices and told me about the roses. Finally I chose the gift and Nabeela wrapped it up so splendidly and it smells amazing too. Amazing service and will definitely come back again in the future.

Absolutely lovely shop, I come here everytime I go to the Trafford Center. Their flowers are beautiful and come in all different shapes and sizes, said flowers also last up to 50 years! I would recommend bringing at least 30 pounds if you would like to shop here, but trust me, it's worth it!

Really impressed with this company and their products. I ordered one of their 'Adore' roses for a dear friend of mine and it came beautifully presented (I paid for the premium packaging, well worth it in my opinion) and was so impressed with the quality and presentation that I have ordered two more rose gifts from them for Christmas presents. Endura roses have Beautiful collection to choose from.I ordered diamond dusted rose. Got it before due date. It is amazing! I definitely recommend their roses as its a perfect gift. I am definitely going back.

I bought my wife a single stem red rose from Endura for Valentines 6 years ago. Sadly, just after Christmas this year our new cleaner assumed it was from a bunch of fresh roses (it still looked that good) and “put it back in the vase”. A week later she threw it out with the rest as they had wilted. My wife was so upset. So this Valentines I bought a new one, this time in a glass display to keep the cleaner away. A first class product with first class service….

Bought a Rose online from this shop, arrived in perfect condition (I was worried it might break) so far after a week it has held its shape and hasn't wilted. I opted for the Belle Beauty rose with diamond's, it arrived in a gift wrapped box that I paid extra for, it's meant to last a lifetime so I'll update this review if it dies off (if I haven't updated it hasn't died) So far I cannot fault the product or company, pleasantly surprised.

I bought a beautiful purple rose over a year ago to match with my room and opted for additional REAL diamond dust to go on top. It lt looks exactly the same as when I bought it and smells the same too - I also got the lovely rose perfume and I just bought my second bottle since it is so long lasting. On my second trip here I bought my mum a unique heart shaped rose and was pleasantly surprised to see the same manager I bought my rose from last time!! I contacted Endura Roses customer service with details of my request. I received a fast reply and was contacted by one of the designers. He gave me a variety of options when it came to designing my bouquet and the foliage and colours that were recommended was that I envisioned. When i received the bouquet I was so happy with all the work and effort Endura Roses had put in. It really is perfect. The colours, the size, the fragrance - every single last tiny detail was there. We had some difficulty with a purchase but after contacting customer services, i honestly could not fault the company in any way. Lovely product - poor Customer services Purchased a flower under a removable klosh from the Lakeside concession. Didn't actually handle the product myself as the sales agents were able to find a flower like the one i was pointing out, but in a colour i wanted. It was packaged in tissue paper and handed to me. I took it home and gifted it, only to notice the bottom of the klosh was chipped. I emailed Customer Services who asked me for some pictures. I provided them and have been greeted with the visible damage being classified by Endura as "an after effect of it being hand blown and is actually one of the attractive traits we are well known for". Amazing really considering it is a sharp chip to the glass. I was offered to take it back to Lakeside for a swap eventually. Given the diesel from my home to Lakeside and back far outweighs the cost of the flower, i'm rightfully quite frustrated by that. As the product was packaged without my sight, could i suggest that the staff knowingly gave me a faulty item? At a prestigious brand such as Endura Roses, shouldn't they be checking the product before packaging it, to avoid experiences like I've experienced? The right thing to do in this situation, and given the cost of this luxury item, would be to post me a glass Klosh. I guess i will just wait for Endura Roses to 'wake up and smell the roses'.

I ordered a very delicate piece from Endura to give to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. Endura’s shipping department took extra care in making sure my item was packaged well beyond my expectations. They used more than enough packing materials to get the job done and my item arrived in perfect condition! My girlfriend was very pleased. Thank you Endura!
