Amazing service from these guys! Quick phone call and I was able to collect as I was working around the corner. The product is of a very high quality and standard and does exactly what it says on the tin. No fitment issues. Once I collected it the person I spoke to was very friendly and offered any support that I may need. Highly recommend these! Will be my go to for anything I need in the future

Fitted the DPF delete I purchased for my 335d today and it looks the part but fitment leaves a bit to be desired (fits where it touches, only 1 bracket lined up after a bit of manipulation and the flange is very thick so took some fiddling around with the clamp on the turbo.) it's on now though and has the desired effect

Did have some issues with fabrication, discovered on trying to fit the unit, one problem was the threads on the Aluminium bleed, screw. I bought the radiator several months ago, and despite the product not being quite right , I give Sam full marks for his response and dispatch of a replacement unit. It was much appreciated

100/100! So a few weeks ago I bought a full system and headers for my e46, it arrived next day which was really impressive and packaged nicely . Everything bolted up brilliantly but when I contacted gravity about a few minor fitment issues they told me to bring the car to them and they would sort it free of charge , they also modified it for me to more my taste, I couldn't belive the level of customer service they went above and beyond and were really helpful and friendly and even provided me with a courtesy car ! I highly recommend these guys very professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable 100/100 from me !

Ordered an exhaust for an R53 Mini Cooper S via ebay, the cost was very reasonable, especially when in comparison to a Milltek or Scorpion. Got this fitted by my R53 specialist and I have to say, the noise is fantastic, so much better than stock when you put your foot down and yet does not drone on the motorways - it's quiet and easy going when you want it and racous and burbly on the overrun when you need it! Looks really good too, as it's made of stainless steel (so should last much longer than a stndard exhs, despite being cheaper!) and the tips look fantastic coming out the back, much bigger and beefier than anything else on the market. I'm sure it's faster too, with it allowing more horsepower. Very pleased with this product and would have one again in a heartbeat. If you have an R53, give this one a whirl, almost half the price of a Scorpion/Milltek and a brilliant product, it really enhanced my R53. N.B. Had an issue with a part of the exhust as a result of a fitting error, spoke to Gravity Performance and they could not have been more helpful, satisfactorily resolved the issue within 48hrs sending a part out FOC. Very happy with the care and consideration shown by their customer service team, especially considering it was a fitting issue/error to begin with.
