I come in to this wonderful shop frequently. It has a calming atmosphere- chocolate usually does that! What I like about Innovate is that there is no purchase too small, and even if I come in there to buy one chocolate, Ellie spends time discussing the pros and cons with me, as if I'm making a £20 purchase. I needed to exchange something that was not quite right once, and it was handled with a smile, no questions asked. I wish the owners success in their business. It is a lovely addition to our community!

Firstly the customer service is really top notch! Always doing their best to assist you in any way needed! Their chocolates are truly the best! They actually taste like what it says on the box no fake fillings! Their fudge is legendary and can not be compared to any other fudge out there on the market - whisky fudge is my favourite! I like to consider myself somewhat of a chocolate connoisseur. I travel far and wide to taste every type of kosher chocolate I can find. I’ve been to many cities and countries in my quest to find the best, and in Innovative Chocolates I can honestly say I have found the winner. Innovative Chocolates is like no other. The rich, smooth, quality can be tasted with every morsel. I am a fan for life. Side note: the store was beautiful, and the customer service was A1! I was greeted with a smile, and helped out graciously the entire time I was there.

My favourite chocolate and gift boutique. I shop in Innovate all the time, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and their chocolate is divine! They have a massive range of sweet confectionery, nuts and dried fruit, it is all excellent and very fresh. Being a Leonidas chocolate addict I didn’t think anything could compare- especially in the Kosher market. So to discover Innovate was a real treat!! The arrangements are so creative and make useful gifts, as well as a variety of goods to tickle all tastebuds! The wine selection also enhances a perfect gift! I thoroughly enjoy visiting this shop. Its an Aladdin's cave of luxury kosher chocolates, sweets and other delicacies. The fact that they are kosher doesn't take away from the way that these chocolates are intricately designed and their taste is delicious. Whenever my family is given a box of Innovate chocolates as a gift, we are all very excited to try all the interesting varieties. A must visit when you are in the area.

Lovely little shop with a great tasting variety of chocolates, sweets, nuts and wines. They make gift arrangements to your colour and price choice. They even have dairy free options for those with milk allergies. Great for ordering a gift over the phone and with free delivery too!
