Family gathering for afternoon tea with a difference. The food was lovely, wide selection of drinks for all ages & the kids loved painting their own pottery. Really attentive & hard working staff who made the event go smoothly. Everyone enjoyed it, thank you x

Such a cosy, clean, pretty, and very welcoming place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Great menu options and the value for money is fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I'll be trying something from the Hot chocolate flavour menu next time, maybe the Black Forest Gateaux one (yum) Thanks so much!

Really nice coffee shop, fantastic alternative to Costa (which lets face it is exactly the same regardless of the branch you go into). Krafty have really nice coffee, excellent cakes, the staff are lovely and both kids and dogs are very welcome. Can't recommend highly enough.

Love this place. Not only was it great for a quick coffee with friendly staff and great cakes. Bit it was absolutely brillia t for my daughter's birthday. Can not praise them highly enough. It's also dog friendly!

Lovely little hidden gem! A warm welcoming atmosphere, I popped in for a cheeky coffee and a cake... delicious home made chocolate orange rocky road! I had a nosey at the workshop upstairs too such a good idea with beautiful creations to take home!

Excellent place for adults and children, my girls had fun picking their own pot and paints while I enjoyed a delicious latte and some food. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly , will definitely return :)

Looks great ..food is ok but needs a lot more attention to detail ..make the staff more attentive. Good start but room for improvement. Make your customers feel welcome ..they will be your best advert.

Who needs Costa when they are here. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices. As far as I m concerned Costa doesn't need to open in the Gerrard Centre.
