Just bought 4 outside lights cheaper the at B&Q and with free next day delivery. Excellent customer service and great products.

So many beautiful lights, spoilt for choice. The staff are so very helpful. Great experience.

Just to say the customer service is brilliant. I had a broken part on a chandelier that I had bought nine months ago but was unable to fit because of building delays. I returned it along with photographs of when my electricians unpacked it and within four days they supplied a replacement. No fuss or bother, just perfect. They are always a pleasure to deal, great products and prices and cannot speak too highly of them.

we have used this store for our lighting requirements for a few years now, but today has been our best experience. Although the staff are always helpful - the staff today, we feel, went beyond their roles to help us get exactly what we were looking for! Raj and another young lady were so helpful that we felt we just had to thank them publicly! My Mum and I were given coffees on entering the store - a brilliant retail experience- well done Litecraft!

I went to Litecraft last Tuesday with a friend to look at ceiling lights for lounge,sunroom ,dinning room hall and three bedrooms. I spoke to several members of staff who were all very friendly and offered us a coffee whilst we were browsing.When I was ready I asked a salesperson called Debbie for advice and she was brilliant. We spent quite some time with her choosing lights for all the different rooms. I called again a few days later and once again Debbie was brilliant and I have now purchased light fittings for all the rooms. Thanks to all the staff for the great service especially Debbie.

Bought 18 4 watt LED spot lights to replace 50 watt halogen . Good advice from Stewart at Litecraft . If they say they are equivalent to 50 watt halogen you can be sure they are . Also there was a problem which was rectified quickly and fairly . These guys offer well priced bulbs , know there stuff and have great customer service . Bought on line
