I ordered a pair of dance shoes from the website. Unfortunately the wrong shoes were received. Not a problem mistakes happen. The measure of a good company is how they deal with mistakes. Well Move Dance excelled in this area and were excellent in assisting me in returning the incorrect item and providing the correct shoes with the minimum of fuss and delay. The service from their team was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Also the shoes I ordered are good quality and reasonable value for money. I bought blue Bibi leotards, and the blue Dionne Lyrical dress, to wear when my ballet school has its Dance for Ukraine event on 2nd July. They are super. Discovering that the other colours are now in stock I have ordered one of each - I have leotards in black, white and burgundy already. The lyrical dresses look so much nicer than most skirts - and they hide my upper-arm wings a bit - I'm 77. My ballet teacher tells me that I look very elegant in them. I did telephone to speak to someone before placing my first order, and the lady to whom I spoke was very helpful. Thanks a lot for everything. The items arrived quickly, and (of course) were exactly what I ordered.

Thank you!! I searched many different shops (online and brick) for the right style and fit of a black leotard and wrap sweater for my teen dancer. Finally I found both on the Move Dance site. I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my daughter (the only thing that she really wanted) and was concerned that they wouldn't arrive on time. The customer service team at Move Dance was fantastic! They helped me to confirm and track my package, then followed up to make sure that we received it. I've never had a retail shop show such consideration - especially for such as small order. The package did arrive on time, I received exactly what I ordered, the products were just as described, and everything fit perfectly. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience and will absolutely order from Move Dance again. A side note to other shoppers: the prices are more competitive too!

Confession time, I am not a dancer! Lol WHAT?! I have terrible psoriasis scars on my legs and every single pair of tan tights I buy I either have to double up, or they look very fake , or super shiny and it completely exposes my scars. I bought a pair of tan tights from Move Dance, for the same price I would have wasted money on buying from supermarkets and they are honestly INCREDIBLE. You cannot see my scars whatsoever, moreover I actually accidently got them stuck on velcro from my sons shoe and guess what? No bobbling or tears! My belly always looks tucked and flattering, the quality is immeasurable and I am so grateful to have found a company that actually care about good quality. I will be buying plenty more of the tan colour in the future, not to mention, everyone comments on how natural they look!

EDIT: Having posted honest reviews of my recent experience of this company, they have now refunded the remaining monies owed, following the return of items. As a Customer, I should not need to go to such lengths to obtain the refund owning to me and therefore, my revised rating of this company is reflective of my experience. Have just returned 3 items to this shambolic outfit called Move Dance. and been refunded for only 2. All items were returned, unopened, untouched, in their original packaging etc, etc. However when querying the lack of refund I’m told that they received one item back with damaged packaging and the item had been removed from the packaging… no way! I will re-iterate, the returned items were not removed from their original packaging - and certainly have not been tried on etc, that Move Dance claim had happened. If the items weren't in their expected packaging then they were either sold this way, or the returns were tampered with when they received them back. But no, there's no way this could have happened according to the Move Dance rep' it must have been done by the Customer - and there's no recourse! When I questioned this, I’m told that they had to end the call as there’s nothing they are willing to do about it, I can raise a complaint but there’s no way they’re giving me a refund! Absolutely disgusting

Thelise really helped me today with an important package of 32 pairs of tights for my whole year groups 3rd year musical at university. We ordered in bulk £190 worth of dance clothing and I made a mistake in presuming that the free delivery over £50 meant next day delivery. Thelise managed to locate my parcel before it was dispatched to the Royal Mail postal service where it wouldn’t have gotten to us in time, and instead changed it to DPD next day with the help of Balasz and Adam from the warehouse. If it weren’t for these 3 our package would not have been delivered in time and we would have been in a pickle! Thank you again Thelise, Balasz and Adam for helping today 😊

This company's products and customer service are so good I felt I had to leave a review. I ordered some ballet shoes and went through the simple ordering process very quickly. When I got the confirmation that they had been despatched, I realised that I had requested the wrong size and also had requested delivery the following day! I contacted Thelise in Customer Services by phone who immediately arranged to have the goods retrieved and the refund processed before they left the building. All this was done very speedily and with extremely good humour despite her working from home and it being lunch time. I ordered the correct size that afternoon and they were with my Goddaughter the next day. Wonderful and a very happy girl. They are a great team and will not hesitate to use them again.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Marine today to sort out a problem with the wrong shoe size received because they were in the wrong box. She spent considerable time in discussions with the warehouse to try to find the correct size. I placed an order for a number of items including childrens Leotards and ballet shoes. I don't often feel the need to provide feedback or a review but I was incredibly impressed with all the items. Delighted actually, as were my girls. The quality surpassed my expectations. The items are gorgeous and dare I say much nicer than the online images suggest. The leotards were a lovely thick cotton and beautiful cut and dance shoes excellent quality too. I also ordered a teeshirt and cardigan and again was amazed at the quality and design.
