I went to Paul’s hair world and a member of staff (Sam from Manchester Arndale store) totally calmed me with her knowledge. She explained the process, selected the relevant products and then noted down step by step instructions for me and gave me confidence in my ability of fixing my hair myself.
With her help, my hair is brown and natural looking. Sam was honestly the sunshine in my cloudy few days. THANKYOU!

However, the girl at the Paul’s Hair World counter helped me find my exact hair colour in natural long extensions. They were so real looking I wore them for my wedding day. She had great advice on looking after them too.
A. G.I have been going here to buy my hair and have it fitted for sometime and have always been really happy with everything. I recently had cause to complain, however I'm not going to go into it, because the way my complaint was dealt with was exceptional. Chelsea could not have done more!! She was professional, efficient and seemed truly concerned that I wasn't happy and did everything she could to rectify everything and calm down what could have been a very stressful situation.
I think you can really judge a company by how it deals with complaints and I was blown away by how good Chelsea was.
I have to give a mention to the amazing Ani who fits my hair and styles it beatifully. Very talented lady 😊😊

B. K.My friend recommended Paul’s hair world. I have always had long hair at the back but the sides never seem to grow so I thought I would try the Remi Tape Hair. I went in on saturday a lovely lady helped me choose which colour I needed then I had it done by Sammy this morning I absolutely love it. Lovely salon, lovely staff. Will definitely be coming again. Thank you Sammy I’ve had the biggest smile on my face all day. Everyone loves my new hair.
J. H.I had my extensions taken out and put back in along with the extensions trimmed into blend into my actual hair, two glasses of prosecco for £15! The cheap price was due to having the apprentice (Jack?) do it but he was so good! I would happily pay much more for his time and will definitely be back to him regularly. Everyone in Pauls Hair World are so helpful and the prices are so great compared to other salons in the city centre area.

The thing that has always impressed me most about PHW is how much choice there is, and they break it down for you in terms of different quality of hair, which is great as you can choose what you can afford. There are so many colours and different types of hair extensions for every method going! But not only that, they also stock beauty products, electricals... the list goes on! Love using the website, only wish is that i lived closer to the shop so I could go in and see it for myself! 5* service definitely recommend!
