Brilliant customer service. I have ordered from Percy’s Pets several times. Prices are very competitive, the ordering process is simple and delivery is quick. There was a quality issue with my latest order but this was resolved very quickly. My query via the contact form was answered within half an hour and a replacement sent by next day delivery.

I had a waterproof dog bed/ cushion from Percy's which is fantastic. Very generously sized, easy to remove cover for cleaning, and just the right level of squishiness that my dogs love. Communication was great - I was emailed when it was despatched and had a text from ParcelForce telling me when it was scheduled for delivery, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Dogs and me all very happy!
