Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful. A lovely lady helped me yesterday with a problem in my new aquarium. Lots of advice and a free sample of a water test strip. We have used the shop for dog goodies and food and had the same excellent advice from the staff ! Thank you Pets at home! :)

We went to purchase a house rabbit. The member of staff that helped us (Adam) was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, he was happy to answer any and all questions we had and made us feel very confident. The store seemed to have most pet essentials including food and toys. Very impressed with the service received.

It's good to pick up the things you need at a reasonable price. However unlike small local family run pets shops it lacks the personal feel and the animals don't appear to receive much interaction from the staff until its time to get them sold. Crowded aquariums and sadly signs of sick and dying fish are regular occurrence.

We use pets at home for most of our animals needs except for the main meals as we have switched our dogs to a raw diet. Good choice of animal accessories however stock levels can sometimes be an issue but there is another branch near by which usually has what the other doesn't. Great staff who know their stuff and will always give advice if asked for.

Yeh I like this store ..but will go to supermarket first to get things cheaper..Only buy what I can't get in supermarket..So expensive.

You are allowed to take your dog into the shop.My little shih tzu loves visiting this store.He meets lots of friends and he always comes out with a treat.There is plenty of choice of dog food,dog treats,cat food, bird seed, nuts, Rabbits for sale, rabbit food,dog collars & leads, food bowls etc.The list is endless.Why not pay a visit, I think you will love it too.

One parrot toy....in a massive pet shop....my grey destroyed it in about 15 mins....they tell me they have more online but that one toy was their whole store 'range'....bit rubbish really but they are good with other needs for different pets I suppose

Hamster heaven Went to just look at the hamsters as mine had recently died. Inevitably came home with a new one - a beatiful brown and white syrian girl we called Scarlett. Staff gave very detailed info about what we needed, but also accepted the fact I had them previously and generally knew most of what was required. Mended my broken heart after my last hamster died.

Great shop. Friendly staff. They pack quite a lot into a fairly small space. I use them for supplies for our dog and hamster. The hamster came from here and was lovely and healthy. All the animals seem well cared for.

So orders a bunh of stuff here. Staff had been so helpful, the prices are great. I even got help to carry the goods without asking. Simply amazing. The young staff in this place are a real credit to the company and really helpful.
