Z. P.Friendly staff always willing to help. My cat is fussy and bought her some new food that she didnt like. Pets at home let you return it and get a refund or swap for something more suitable.
b.very good products and value. Bought some fish as pet and my daughter loves them. The system they set up as guidelines to advise people like myself who has no idea where to start and what to prepare worked perfect. The only weakness is that there is always sufficient staff in the store and you have to wait and wave for a long time to find someone

Have now moved house out of the area and come back to this branch because of the attached vets. Superb team at the vets for Pets here.
B. S.Really friendly and helpful staff who took the time to advise me on the best products, and that there was an app available to obtain a discount. Well stocked store with just about everything you need for your pet, plus an on-site dog grooming service. Social distancing maintained, together with the need to wear a mask.
