Had a new fire fitted today. Fitters we’re excellent tidied after themselves and very polite, courteous and friendly. Ben and Kirsty were so helpful in the showroom would definitely recommend Heat depot if looking at new fires.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ben helped us pick the perfect burner out of huge number they have on display in the showroom (which we would happily move into.. well smart!). Kirsty came to measure up shortly after we placed the order for two different spots in our house as we weren’t sure where best to put the new burner. The guys turned up bang on time this morning as planned. Dermot and “dereck” 😂 were very polite and have done a fantastic job. We absolutely love our new burner and have already started to reckoned friends and family. Jenny and Tyla

I couldn't recommend the guys @ The Heat Depot enough. From our initial consultation at their amazing Middleton showroom, they understood what we wanted for our fireplace refurbishment perfectly and shared a genuine passion to do a great job. We had been stung previously by a company who had installed our double-sided log burner so we couldn't wait for the transformation. I have attached a before and after picture which hopefully justifies the change, just need to do the decorating now!

Adam We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for all your help, guidance, time, professionalism & patience in helping us resolve the long standing issue regarding the rebuilding of the chimney stack to enable us to have a woodburner installed. You have gone over and above the call of duty since we happened to call in the showroom one day to look at fires. You have spent time mentoring and guiding the Builder and his bricklayer, giving them step-by-step instructions, we wouldn’t have got the work done without all your input. You have been exceptional !! We would also like to sincerely thank Ben & Kirsty for all their help, professionalism and caring (and a listening ear) when we were stressed to the hilt with the Builder. What a great team !! A Five Star service from start to finish. We made three of four visits to the showroom before making our minds up on the product we wanted and even though we were designing and installing the product ourselves, with the help of a qualified gas fitter in the family, nothing was too much trouble for Kirsty, who was etremely patient and helpful throughout the process, giving us excellent product and technical advice on all of the various product options. The end result looks fantastic and we would definately recommend The Heat Depot to anyone looking to upgrade their fire..
