We’re so happy with our flooring, they did both our carpet and laminate.

K. B.Shame really wanted to support the smaller local company. Having been a self employed person my self. But I felt they didn't make to much effort for my business, because I was doing a small room and wanted to do it cheap. I expected more scope in the carpet range they showed me. They are fast efficient. If your in a hurry
.. But if you want a different kind of service. More time going over samples etc. Then... Not for me. I am a hairdresser that has had experience in building a reputation for costemer service. And although they were veery helpful and delivered what I asked. They seemed to make me feel rushed. Because they only brought 2 books of samples in. If they had brought me more samples. Different prices, might have been tempted to spend more. Iif I had been given more chose. Shame love supporting the family small business
