I have used Tree2mydoor several times now to send gifts to friends and relatives and have recently been the recipient of a gorgeous Olive tree. This company are amazing and Jamie will respond quickly to any issues. I am very pleased with my tree and my friends have always been delighted with their gifts and I know they are still flourishing a year on and 3 months on. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Ordered 2 varieties of trees next day delivery, only one arrived. Chased the 2nd as no communication as to why it hadn’t arrived to be advised there had been an issue at the warehouse. Part refund of postage as paid next day and tree arrived following day. However they were for friends following a bereavement and required next as I was going away. Really disappointing as would not have ordered had I been aware of the delivery issue of that particular tree.

Ordered 2 rose bushes as gifts one OK the other covered in green flies also only received one message card When I rang to inform them of the green fly was unable to get through it just said message service full I expected better for the price

The service, delivery & quality of rose were all very good. Unfortunately the greeting card I purchased did not have the greeting I had requested included. This led to the recipients wondering who had sent the gift. Unfortunately this had an adverse affect on my experience & hence the lower satisfaction rating.

Wanted something special and a little different for my sisters 60th birthday which unfortunately occurred in the middle of lock down. Found the ‘Fab @60’ rose and knew she would love it. Ordering was easy and the choice of gift cards good. It arrived on the specified day beautifully packaged and my sister was delighted. Really healthy looking bush and looking forward to the first beautiful blooms!
