I have been visiting this store for several years, I visited recently and had an issue with my vape machine which was leaking constantly ( not bought from the store). Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and researched an alternative coil, which I have now purchased and the problem is solved, can’t thank him enough, it has allowed me to be able to still purchase my preferred oils from the store.
