I was very happy with the service. The quality of the Luxury vynil tyles is very good. Mike came to our property and did a great job there. I gave a deadline to do the Job and they delivered on time. I paid in full after the job and advised that there were still minor bits and bobs that were requested to be done. Still, when others may not come back as there would be no incentive, Mike came back to give the late finish so that the Job would be perfect. I will definitely recommend W2W to anyone in need of flooring experts.

The staff at the store (his name was Ali) were very welcoming and helpful, he made me feel very comfortable and don't kind of push their agenda/opinions on you; they guide, advise you and let YOU decide. I'd also like to mention the delivery man (who I think was called Mike by the way; p.s. give him a raise please!) Was very honest to us as we had just recently finished painting our banisters And he advised that we don't fit the catpet that day but rather he was to come back after the paint had fully dried. All that just so our carpet doesn't get ruined. Thanks a lot every once again! And would highly recommend wall to wall carpets to anybody reading this! Happy customer. Shukri Maye

Fantastic service from Wall2wall. They installed LVT Invictus Highland Oak parquet in my hallway, living room and kitchen. The workmanship of the floor fitters is excellent, especially the care they took fitting the borders around the doors. I'm really pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.

I opted to purchase carpets from Wall 2 Wall because my best friends used them and were very pleased with the results. I called the office and a few days later a friendly gentleman came to measure up. I then arranged a date for the carpet to be fitted. A few days before, the same gentleman returned to measure up again. On the day, the carpet fitters worked tirelessly, were very polite and did a superb job. I am very pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company.

The end result is to a high standard and worth five stars, but what we went through to get there is worth only one. Allow me to explain. The problem started before ordering our LVT. I asked Ali for references and asked whether the jobs he showed me were done by his own staff. He said they were: but they weren't. Ali contracts the work out. When it came time to fit our floor, Ali used a different subcontractor to his usual firm, without asking us. It turned out the new subcontractor was a firm of chancers.Their timekeeping was awful, they didn't understand the fitting process and they wouldn't know a straight cut from a dishcloth. The floor blew and had to be refitted. However, once it became clear that the first subcontractor had no clue what they were doing, Ali put a team of first class experts on the job. These experts, including Peter and Michael, are dedicated and proud tradesmen who really care about their customers and the result. They totally rescued our project. That's why this review gets still three stars not one, and if they'd be on the job from the start, I'm pretty sure it would be five. To be fair, your job is probably going to be done properly first time. We were unlucky. Don't let this stop you from using Wall2Wall and Ali.
