Amazing! I bought an entrance mat from elsewhere and needed a carpet fitter. Rang Winders who sent their fitter to my home within 15 minutes! Unbelievable customer service. Fitter did an outstanding job too, cutting the mat to fit around my front door. Very reasonably priced, friendly and professional. I would definitely give my business to Winders in the future if I was to change my carpets. Thanks again!

Have used Winders Carpets a few times before and they never fail to deliver from start to finish, and this time was no exception! The guys in the shop , Ciaran and Mark were very helpful ( and patient ) in helping me choose my carpet . The guys who fit the carpet ,Max and Sam were polite and very tidy workers. It took them a wee while to fit the carpet as they were very conscientious in their work. The end result looks so good . Overall , I would highly recommend Winders for all carpeting needs. A very big thank you to the lads at Winders Carpets for transforming our lounge! 😍 After years of living with the previous tenants flooring (chipped, warped, peeling and full of dog urine!) this had made a MASSIVE difference! Absolutely amazing experience dealing with the Winders Carpet team from begining to end. Exceptional customer service and fabulous quality of products and fitting services. No request was to much trouble, this company is the best we have dealt with on a renovation project in the last 35 years. Max and Sam(Paddy) are a credit to the business. They where super efficient, eager to please, exceptionally good at fitting and two of the most well mannered and helpful young men we have dealt with in a long time. As for Mark what can we say! Mark was simply outstanding, he did not go an extra mile for us he went at least an extra thousand miles. His willingness to help, his cheerful disposition and his constant can do attitude backed up by exceeding on his promises was truly the best customer service experience we can recall. He is an absolute essential part of what makes this business so great and such a pleasure to deal with. Winders are a local company and deserve the upmost support in these difficult economic times. Came here after my previous experience with a big name chain was awful. Was recommended a few carpets and vinyl. Service was excellent. Recommendations really good. After fitting the guys cleared up all the leftover carpets and took them away unlike others who left the bags to us. We had a miscommunication with the hallway area flooring. I waited til after Christmas for Phil to come and fit the last bit of vinyl. He really took the time to measure up and line up the patterns on the overlapping areas. They put sealant stuff on the vinyl in the kitchen where it meets the kitchen cupboards. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank Winders!

I've had carpets from here several times, and am about to again. The manager let me take some carpet and lino sample books home to help me decide which to choose. I've never been disappointed with Winders service so wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had dining room and bedroom done by winders carpets and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The fitters are fantastic and even helped fix a fault we had from jose whites in farnworth who made a mess of our stairs. Would recomend to anyone without a doubt.
