Absolutely outstanding service. Communication was fantastic as one of my items was out of stock and instead of just an email I got a phone call....yippee actually Communication now for me that goes a huge way in excellence 👏 Got some trial food to try and was explained the difference in meats and the level of protein. Delivery was super quick. I will be returning 100%. I can't praise them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company.

The dried cat food I purchased was very competitively priced. Free delivery on over £30 spend which is lower than most other pet food suppliers. Delivery prompt and very good communication. Will definitely use again.

Great service very prompt dispatch & delivery. My dogs seem to love their treats especially the fish fingers, a bit pricey for the amount you get though, won’t be able to afford these to often especially when I can get 1kilo of rabbits ears for the same price. Postage was expensive as well at £4.50. Doubt I’ll by from them again just because of their prices.

What a belting Pet food shop! Nipped in today to enquire about the best food for my senior Staffie. The owner is knowledgeable,polite and patient. There's plenty of great choice food products. I purchased a few items, came straight home and my dog loved them. Result! Will be back in soon.
