Staff are ridiculously helpful to the detriment of selling you something that you don't need. Really kind & considerate about my pet poodle amd went that extra mile to ensure I left the shop feeling happy and content about what we had discussed.

Phoned the store for a guinea pig cage and when we got there we couldn't find it,
Someone asked if we were OK.
I described it but he said no sorry, then as we were about to go he came over to us and said I think I've found what you're after, and it was.
He must of carried on looking for us.

She ask me to follow her and take me to the exact dog food I was looking for. Visiting this store is a pleasure ,they're capable to answer all questions and trying to give you the best options available .

I unfortunately purchased an out of date product for cat skincare but when I returned 2 weeks later to exchange it, there were no problems at all and staff were very apologetic whilst refunding me (as there were no more of that product available). Very happy customer 😊

L.The fish there are better than the ones in the garden centers some of the staff are very helpful however our last visit wasn't that good, the member of staff there didn't really want to get the fish for us and was going out of his way to make it uncomfortable. I will continue to get the fish from there just not when that cretin staff member is not around

J.I went In to buy some Guinea pigs which we did leave with 3 in the end however the staff weren't very helpful they didn't give us any advice on how to look after them as we are first time Guinea pig owners I'm glad I did my research on them and was well prepared I think the way the animals are kept is slightly concerning they need bigger pens and need to work on there customer service
