D. F.Slightly above average products, severely let down by atrocious customer service.
I am giving this branch the benefit of the doubt by assuming it was this one rogue individual who thought it was acceptable to belittle a customer when they entered the store regarding a return. Thankfully for the member of staff (who I assume was the manger judging by his ego and mannerisms) another member of staff came along and was very helpful.
In reality I would have returned here for the products alone - the prices are competitive, but I have actively dissuaded a number of people away from using them now owing to this experience.
If the owners would like more detail, I can of course provide.
L. M. P.Didn't know about this place before until I found them online yesterday. Opens at 7.30am so popped in to look for an outside light with a motion centre. Couldn't fault the service and the products available. Guy behind the counter was really helpful and the selection much better than at the bigger DIY stores. Would definitely recommend.

They only had three of the five lights that I wanted in store which they said that would be delivered the next day they were let down by the delivery driver and so I did not miss my deadline Lee bought them out to site for me I couldn’t thank them all enough

J.My boyfriend and I came in here today, we were searching around Milton Keynes for some lightbulbs, we went to five different places (where the people who served us clearly didn't care at all for what we were looking for) we then found National Lighting. The man who served us was so polite and friendly, he was a genuinely nice person. After we left we said 'faith in humanity restored'. Thank you!! We will definitely be recommending.
g. p.Guy on desk was very friendly, we liked a light hanging in the display..wasn't able to give me an accurate price..or the light output..left with two catalogues and it wasn't listed in those either..gave up and bought one elsewhere.
