Find this shop rather expensive but they do have good knowledge of all things pets. Groomers charged £42 for a 25 minute groom on a pug. She does smell gorgeous, but you've got to question just how thoroughly she was groomed. This also included a de-shed!!!

Since acquiring a new puppy I have become a regular at Pets at Home Bletchley. The staff here are always helpful and if they dont know something they make sure they find someone who does! Being a new dog owner I really appreciate this. Sarah was so helpful fitting Fletcher with his first harness, and then when he outgrew this, his next one. She was very patient with him and clearly loves dogs/animals. The customer service at this store is fantastic and I highly recommend.

Went into this store today and the staff went way above and beyond to help me with products for my two French Bulldogs. Pets at Home are quite possibly the best Pet shop in the UK! The Vets also recently spayed my cat, without leaving any exposed stitching, and even called up a few days later to see how my cat was doing (brilliantly fyi).

However they may need to ensure that the offers they show on their displays are mirrored when you get to the till as often they are not and time is wasted getting managers to check, re scanning etc. Also their VIP card i am not sure what benefit it actually has other than a few vouchers you are unlikely to ever use.

I regularly visit this store as I have quite a few pets, I have always found the store to be a real nice place to be. The staff are happy to help, I am a wheelchair user and have found that all the staff members offered help at one time or another and just to ask if there is anything they can help with. I use the veterinarian services for my dog and I am really impressed by the staff and the service they provide. I initially thought being a chain, they would be expensive but we're actually much cheaper than my previous vet. They've looked after my dog for a while now and the advice and treatment has been great.

This is a good place to get all your pet needs for any type of animal. They provide food and bedding for animals ranging from degus to rats to cats. I recommend going here as the prices are affordable and the products are good quality. If you are purchasing an animal they are also good quality as my partner's rats have lasted a long time and are in very good condition. The staff also have a good knowledge in terms of the animals and their care needs.

Good parking, ok range of dog foods and supplies but limited compared with some other local stores. Does house a fantastic vets and grooming parlour both of whom have excellent staff and very competitively priced. Good parking and happy to see you bring your dog in with you. Can't vouch for the Vets or Grooming Room, but they seem well stocked on most things, with a good range of dog foods. Staff were friendly and parking isn't bad. The retail car park does get rammed during peak times.

Very helpful. My cat had infected and swollen eyes from fighting. I called up dead on 8am as they opened and they answered the phone and booked me in for an appointment for 8:45am the same day. It's really good that they can get you in pretty much ASAP for emergencies. The vet was very; helpful, nice and informative. My cat was jumping all over the surgery room because he was scared and never been to a vets before and the vet was very understanding. Cost me £75 for my cat to be seen and that includes his two sets of eye drops. Worth every penny. 🐱🐈

Great service and very helpful staff, awesome pet knowledge! Usually come here for insects to feed my reptile but occasionally the ones that they have for sale are a little sparse and some of the insects die. Great shop!

You can get pretty much everything you could possible need for any type of pet. There is a vets and groomers also. Good value for money, we often go for our 2 dogs and use the VIP card and we regularly receive vouchers for them depending on their needs. This is our go to pet shop

Having recently gone through the trauma and heartbreak of our dog being unwell for a considerable amount of time and unfortunately having to make the decision to have him put to sleep, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. They have been so supportive and helpful throughout, Showing heartfelt empathy and sympathy on every visit. They were so lovely both with us and Benji and very supportive and informative during such a very hard time. Definitely the most professional, helpful and knowledgable vetinary practice we have ever used. Thank you to both Amy and her team.

♿️ USER REVIEW-The shop is fantastic, as a wheelchair user they go above and beyond to help. If you ring ahead, they’ll collect heavy bags of pet food, cat litter, etc. and bring them to the till. There’s a pop-out counter at waist height & all aisles are wider than the 80 cm required by access laws & guidelines. Two caveats: 1) Baskets of product placement items often make passage difficult but if you ask staff to move them for you, they will do so with a smile. 2) This point isn’t their fault but the car park is _appalling_, with extremely narrow, barely useable pavement along the storefronts, 4 or 5 blue badge spaces for 3 large & busy stores & no ramped access–unless you go out into blind traffic at the first pedestrian crossing or park down by Argos & Home Bargains. I have seen non-disabled people park on top of the only ramp (clearly crosshatched in front of HB) and then fight with disabled people about their “rights”. I use a side ramp from my van & have been trapped by folk like this so I now park along the back wall & brave the traffic. Not ideal or safe, but Pets at Home will help where they can.
