We come here for Vets for Pets upstairs, treats and toys downstairs and we use the self service groom room for our two dogs every few months, we got to use it for free with our VIP card today which is amazing! Thankyou 😊

We've been bringing all our pets here for their medical needs for some years now. We found them to be very kind when our two buns had to be put down (get your rabbits regular boosters people, don't be foolish like us) Honest and knowledgeable vets and support staff. Had horrible experiences at other local vets and had nothing but professionalism here. Probably come in at least once a week and always receive good customer service on the shop floor.

Went into the store today needing a new harness for my dog she has arthritis and her harness rubbed her legs, there’s a large variety of harnesses on offer so I asked for help. Mia came straight away and I can’t thank her enough she was fantastic really helpful, friendly and took the time to make sure we found the right one even spending time making sure it was snug. I went to use the self wash facilities and it was great as I can't bend down as I have a hip problem everything you need is there the water comes out with the shampoo in it then you press rinse then blow dry they also give you a towel, this is great and I will definitely be using it again.

Amazing staff! We brought our new french bulldog puppy in to get him a lead and harness (and had to get him a teddy) and the staff were so lovely; they helped us find the right size harness and the perfect lead! They made sure all the information for the collar tag was correct and helped us sign up for the VIP club too! Our pup felt like royalty and our visit was a breeze, couldn't have asked for more! I went for reptile live food on Tuesday, nothing but a very nice assistant saw me and came over to tell me they get deliveries of live food on Wednesday and Friday. Came back the next day fo nice fresh locusts.

Bought a lovely healthy hamster for my Son. Staff were conscientious as it was before Christmas and checked it was not being bought as a surprise present and a potentially unwanted gift. They were knowledgeable and carefully went through the care and expectations for the pet such as feeding and life expectancy, even though I clearly knew this. They were helpful and assisted me in picking out supplies for the hamster. Great friendly service and care.

Took in a sickly cygnet to Pets at Home one morning after it landed in the middle of the road in morning traffic and couldn't move/fly off. The staff were very helpful & understanding, took care of the cygnet and knew where it was from, and had it released back to the local lake when the bird had regained its strength. Visited 30/8/21 Extremely helpful staff member fitted an appropriate harness for our very boisterous springer x pointer puppy after listening closely to what we needed it for. I was approached in a friendly way, and was found a suitable adviser to help me purchase everything I needed to get set up for the new puppy arrival. Recently refurbished. Staff are fantastic and are available when you need them for advice. Store very easy to navigate (Unlike the actual retail estate which has to be one of the worst for driving round) and the prices are very competitive. The company have thought about what needed doing and have done a good job. Great store and recommended.

I was looking for a bigger litter with cover for my cat and couldn't find one bigger than what they have . I did found one at Pet food in Westcroft . But it's big and have lots of things for animals and birds etc. Otherwise, Vets for Pets great experience 👍 I had my cat neutered and he feels high , but safe and sound . No worries.

Unfortunately today I found the nurse rather rude and dismissive, I also felt pressured into buying things that I didn't really need. Saddest of visits to the vets, but the particular vet and nurse I saw were diplomatic, gentle and understanding when delivering bad news. They offered options to keep going as well as the inevitable. Informative yet caring. They helped me make the right decision at such a horrid time. I've heard bad things about some Vetinarys but it seems to me it's down to the individual person and not the practice. I am glad i came here and grateful to all the team who helped and the comfort they have shown during and afterwards and for thier aftercare too. They get that it's not just an animal, but a loved and cherished family member we are saying goodbye to.

Pets at Home in Rookley represent some of the nicest and most helpful people in Milton Keynes. I have visited there a number of times and have never been disappointed. Some items can seem to be a tad overpriced, but this is more than made up for by the sheer selection of products (and services). On site services include a Vets (very popular in its own right) and Grooming Parlour. The staff are on hand to provide advice and are quick to provide further help if they themselves are unsure. Bulk buying here is great, a months worth of pet food at around 80/85% the price of buying weekly. All pets sold here (mainly Rodents, Lizards, Geckos, small furry animals, and fish) are very clean and healthy. Tanks are always sparkling and food is always available. I cannot find much to fault in this store.

Everything you need for your pet requirements The only thing stopping 5 stars is a few times I've been in the store to purchase (locked behind glass) Flea & wormer treatment but was unable to due to no one being in-store qualified to sell the items. No indication or signage in-store or online when the 'qualified' individuals are available.

A store full of everything you need for your pets of all types. The staff are very knowledgeable and ready & willing to help. I use the store regularly for my cats & local wildlife. My only issue is with parking. Disabled bays are immediately outside the store but on a rather steep angle on a hill thus making it tough to exit your vehicle. Prices are in line with UK standards. They also do a range of RSPB & other charity products. Please take a look it's for a good cause.

Fantastic place for buying most pet supplies, however it's lacking in terms of variety of fish for pet keeping. There is a grooming centre inside, right now I do believe that you need to pre-book in advance because of covid. My intrest, so far, lies in the aquaculture so I will only visit that area in particular and so I can and will only tell you about that. You can buy fish tanks and their other accessories. There are aquatic plants for a 3 for 10 and 2 for 12 deals available. There are cold water fish available and tropical fish as well. There are food for all sorts of creatures there, the ones you can keep as indoor pets that is, there are insect's that you can feed reptiles and large buckets of dried fish which caught my eye. Please where a mask if it applies to you and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, so any questions don't hesitate to ask. I do believe there is a vet but I'm not sure.

The one time we had an issue through no fault of theirs, they insisted on fully refunding everything we paid, even the few things we had already used and couldn't return. Aside from that, they are always helpful and friendly and I've never once had an issue finding what I need.

I was just interested in the fish section. The stock looks reasonably healthy and the tanks are clean. Not a lot of aquaria showcased as there seems to be a bias towards online shopping. Overall not a bad experience.

Visited vets for 2 tiny kittens to be neutered. Very friendly and helpful from the receptionists through to the veterinary nurses who explained clearly (so a 6 year old would understand), how to take care of the kittens. Good price, great after care. Only downside is that there is separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, but if you have a cat you have to walk through the dog section to see the vet.

After traveling from bedford due to an item being out of stock in the bedford store I called the MK branch and was told they have it in stock so I drove to the store only to find out it was in fact NOT in stock too and has not been for a few days, I was told they have it at the bletchley store so I called there and given the same "yeah we have that" so I asked them to hold it for me they said yes that's fine get there and guess what..... not in stock and they could not hold it as there wasnt any stock to hold .....do these staff actually check the stock or do they just put you on hold for a minute and stare into space ?

The Pets at Home store itself is an exemplar of friendly helpful and competant service with a wide range of stock and knowlegeable attentive and fully engaged staff. Within the store are a pet grooming parlour and a veterinary practice upstairs (or lift) at the back of the sales floor. My visit was to take a friends Springer Spaniel for a check after the life-saving treatments and operation this vet practice performed. Teamwork here is first class.
