Well, what can I say about this place?! I stumbled upon Salt Shack on Facebook and decided to book a viewing for my 12 year old daughter and her friend for a birthday treat, due to their huge fascination with crystals. They were in complete awe to see the huge array on display and relished in the information Luke shared with them during the visit. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and what he doesn't know about crystals and semi-precious stones, probably isn't worth knowing!! He is also very accommodating and affable in character. We will definitely return at some point and would recommend anyone with an genuine interest in crystals. Definitely worthy of 5*! (By the way, the photo's attached of some of our investments do not do the real items justice due to my poor camera quality!)

Visited the Salt Shack yesterday and it was incredible. The lovely gentleman in the shop was so knowledge and sweet with my godchild. We were a little worried taking a little one into such a precious shop but he was in amazement. He even let him name one of the big guys after him. Thank you to that member of staff for being so kind and patient and also so understanding and knowledgeable. We will certainly be returning.

I have purchased several items from this fantastic company. I have been very pleased with all items I received they are packaged very well and dispatched quickly .I had a problem with one item and it was resolved promptly to my advantage. This is a great family run company who make you feel you are a valued customer no matter how much you spend be it a large or small amount. We visited today after booking an appointment on line! What an Aladdins Cave of different stunning raw & polished Crystals,Rocks,Lamps & beautiful Jewellery. The staff were very friendly & very knowledgeable. It's very hard not to leave without purchasing something! Great place!

Salt Shack to put it simply is top of the crystal and customer service game and is the only place I will go to when getting serious pieces to add to our collection. First came across Salt Shack at the MK Christmas Market (although had been following their FB presence for some time) where I had purchased my wife a beautiful amethyst crystal heart. I had not realised at the time that this would just be the beginning of our collection, interest in geology, and a friendly relationship with Luke, Danielle, and the Salt Shack community. Since then we have attended and made purchases through their facebook lives which are simply awesome, their show room where the entire crew truly look after you (and you could spend an entire day just staring at all their wonders), and will continue to support anyway I can such a wonderful business & community. If you're looking for cheap crystals with no back story, rarity, etc then Salt Shack is not the place for you. If you're looking to learn, be treated with respect, and have some fun along the way (and acquire some incredible gems 'no pun intended') then I could not recommend Salt Shack any higher. Looking forward to continuing to follow their journey and also add more pieces along the way. Salt Shack rocks! (again, no pun intended)
