Amazing Service! There is everything, any sport things like indoor or outdoor and even trampolines with absolutely affording price. It is genuinely awesome store. And there are Really kind employes, they helped me a lot and the service is fantastic! ( I went to repair my bike there was problem with my gears, the mechanic solved it in minutes and my bike was in peak condition! ) Importantly they have fastest service, kindest people and best Mechanic! Ordered a trampoline and accessories from Smyths yesterday. Instant email confirming order, clear instructions on click and collect. Just been to collect it... cheerful, efficient staff, no waiting, then a trolley of two big, heavy packages arrives! Without asking, the young man asks where I'm parked and promptly carries it all to my car!! Great service, helpful staff, cheerful, with great selection and prices. Well done Smyths, and thank you!

Most exciting day ever! Started watching people open Pokémon cards on YouTube etc.. went on an impulse buy sesh! Ran into Jess in the Milton Keynes store today and her knowledge was making me feel like a kid again and showed us the best bits to get when starting out. Opened a pack on my way home and got a card worth around 25£ 😎 earned my money back in one go! & That was on an item Jess recommend we buy. You're a Hun! Many thanks.

Me and my partner went into the store looking for a very specific item. We've been looking for a while and found it to be out of stock in other places. We spoke to Morgan and Tazmin who were happy to help and eventually found it for us. We are very happy. It's very refreshing to go into a store and be assisted by friendly and helpful staff, especially on a busy day. Absolutely stellar customer service!

Who doesn't love a toy shop! Can get very crowded especially when they have the big step ladders out stocking the shelves up but seems like they sell everything the kids could ask for. Not quite as hands-on as Toys R Us always was though. Could do with a few more staff on the checkouts too.

Good range of certain types of toys, generally those being heavily promoted. No trainsets, model kits and only a few poor quality toy cars. Good if it has what you want. A bit warehouse-is.

Good selection of toys for reasonable prices. I often come here to buy my girlfriend monster high dolls ( she collects them) and myself nerf guns (im a child inside too). There is a growing range of exclusives over toys r us and they restock more regularly so its more reliable for ease of shopping

With its tight aisles and highly stacked shelves Symths can feel a little cramped compared to its rivals and others stores in the complex. However, prices are very competitive and if you sign up for their newsletter you should also receive money off coupons on a regular basis.

An absolute Aladdin's cave of toys, from the latest and greatest to good old fashioned dominos. In fact its almost to good for kids!!!! I only take my granddaughter along so she can explain what every thing is to me

After tracking down what seemed like the last Widget Spinners in Milton Keynes the staff at Smyths were very informative about the types of Widget Spinners in stock and thier 'durability' making the choice much easier for an old git like me..
