M. D.The staff at the Lego store Milton Keynes were all brilliant . They were engaging and clearly loved lego and the excitement it creates. My husband was very excited with the Lego pick and mix and this was great fun. There were loads of completed models to look at from big builds to grab bags.

P. P.Wanted to make a mini figure, but the tower was closed so unable to. However, the pick and mix section was open with hand sanitizer nearby. Which made me wonder why they couldn't do the same for the tower (?) However, the staff are lovely and the store has a good choice of products.
J. S.I love the Lego store but after driving from Luton to Milton Keynes I was disappointed to discover that the new Speed Champions were not in stock (there was only one model), not very good as they had only been out for less than a week. I could not find a stock checker on the Lego website....

D. T.I've been to this Lego store numerous times and I have nothing but praise for it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful without being fawning as they assist you, demonstrating a great deal of product knowledge.
As you'd expect, the store has a decent inventory of current and slightly older sets sets. In busy times with customers going to the tills, the staff are mindful of the number of people queuing and respond quickly to man two or three of the tills when necessary. Aldi and Lidl could learn from this.
I overheard a trainee being briefed on reading body language of children building and not to be intrusive if they wish to build alone but also to engage with the kids who are more vocal and seek company.
I maintain that good staff can make a negative experience lead to a positive outcome and while I had no such experiences here or at another Lego store, I have no doubt that they'd do their utmost to keep me happy.
P. M.Great little store with really helpful friendly staff. Weather you are after duplo, Technic, or anything in between there's a great selection here. Lots of play areas for the kids. Highly recommended.
