Very helpful staff with useful knowledge about the actual content of the various feeds in stock. With their advice I was able get a more suitable food for my elderly Dalmatian. Had visited Carlton's before with equally successful outcome but had never before been invited to review them. Very happy to do so!

Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of reasonably priced natural treats. I have a 1 year old labrador and I’m always trying to find chewy treats that’ll last. They were able to advise on a few options which she’s absolutely loving and didn’t mind in the slightest when she got so excited she decided to bark her orders at the man assisting us - quite literally (Sorry again!!)

Disappointing visit as not the variety of stock they used to carry. Not much for poultry keepers, except hen food at competitive prices. No fault of theirs, but horrendous queues back out through the industrial site to main road due to heavy traffic and traffic lights at end. Overall I will not hurry back.

We always come here for our dog needs. They stock a huge range of products. We buy kibble, toys, grooming stuff and beds from here. Always my preferred option. We've recently started using the grain free own brand food and have found it to be excellent value.

Good shop with a huge selection of feed for different animals at good prices. I buy all my dog's food there as I can get a very large bag of high quality food for a much better price than the supermarket. They also do animal accessories, especially for smaller animals such as dogs and cats.

Visited Carltons for the first time for advice on raw feeding our dogs. The assistant we met was so knowledgeable about the available products. Went for her recommendation and cannot believe how our dogs have taken to it. They have never eaten their food in one go before.
